Why can't the scooter lift the accelerator when it is running around in the water?

Motorcycles can't refuel after riding in water, which is generally caused by water in air filter or carburetor, and water and humidity in ignition electrical devices and circuits. This kind of fault generally does not need maintenance. First, check whether the air filter is flooded. If there is no water in the air filter, the carburetor is generally fine.
