Alto can't add the throttle. What happened?

Is the throttle line corroded? Do this check, don't start the car tomorrow morning, open the engine room cover and cut off the throttle by hand. If it is easy, change the cable or oil it. If it is tight, but it is easy after two strokes, and the throttle is stuck by glue, then clean the throttle.
