Mitsubishi Outlander Throttle Fault

Is it an electronic throttle? If so, I have experienced it once, but it is not Olay's. It belongs to Pajero. Unplug the wires of the throttle and gas motor, turn on the switch, step on the throttle, plug in the power supply and start. But mine is Pajero. I wonder if Olay can do it. You can't find that phenomenon with a computer.
