In order to further build a defense line for epidemic prevention and control and fully safeguard people's health and life safety, our county is scheduled to carry out regional nucleic acid testing in the county on September 12, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Sampling time

September 2022, 5: 00 am-10: 00 am.

There are 489 sampling points in the county. Please follow the instructions of the village, unit and staff, and arrive at the nearby inspection points in an orderly manner in different periods for sampling.

Fourth, matters needing attention

On the surface, static management is implemented. On September 12, at 4:00-9:00 am, county buses, taxis and internet taxis stopped running. Due to the delay caused by nucleic acid detection in the support area, the employer did not handle being late or absent, and resumed operation after 9: 00 on the same day.

Prepare valid proof in advance. Residents are requested to log in to Su Kangbao in advance to make an appointment to generate a QR code according to the notification requirements, and use the QR code to sample nucleic acid at the corresponding location; If you don't make an appointment to generate the QR code of Sukangbao, bring your ID card or household registration book to the corresponding place for nucleic acid sampling.

Strictly follow the sampling sequence. Each township is responsible for organizing the residents to test nearby buildings and villagers' groups in batches. Owners of enterprises, hotels, apartments, dormitories, construction sites, shops and rental houses inform employees and tenants to participate in regional nucleic acid testing.

At the entrance, prepare the health code and travel code in advance for inspection.

Half an hour before sampling to 1 hour, please don't smoke, eat or chew gum, so as not to affect the test results.

When sampling, please always wear a mask and keep a distance of more than 2 meters from others. According to the instructions of the on-site staff, show the "Su Kangbao" reservation QR code and complete the workflow of code scanning, registration and sampling in an orderly manner.

When sampling, please don't touch the clothes of medical staff and anything on the sampling table, and don't leave keys, mobile phones, ID cards and other items on the table.

After sampling, please take the initiative to get the "nucleic acid sampling" certificate and wear a mask to leave the scene quickly.

Please don't send videos, follow dramas or play online games during the whole queuing inspection process. Occupy the network broadband at the nucleic acid detection site, so as not to cause the information registration and entry jam, and reduce the collection efficiency; Do not get together, do not gather, avoid talking to each other, prevent cross-infection when sampling, and consciously maintain the order at the scene.

All employees check the sampling vouchers. Residents are requested to properly keep the "nucleic acid sampling" certificate, and all personnel who enter and leave residential areas, work units and all public places must take the initiative to produce the sampling certificate. From 9:00 on September 12 to 24:00 on September 13, the county-wide inspection was conducted on the sampling vouchers.

It's hot recently, so residents and friends are requested to prepare sun hats, sun protection clothes, etc. Do a good job of heatstroke prevention and cooling in advance.

Special personnel arrangement

1. Sanitation workers, enterprise employees, etc. Before 5:30, priority should be given to sampling, testing should be completed and the certificate should be obtained.

2. Hosting service students, please ask the Education Bureau and the Health Bureau to take the initiative to dock and do a good job in school testing.

3. Workers in construction, water conservancy, transportation and other construction sites will go to the nearest sampling point for sampling after 9 o'clock. Please organize the work of Housing and Construction Bureau, Water Conservancy Bureau, Transportation Bureau and other units respectively.

4. For shops, rental houses, hotels and guesthouses, all owners should inform employees and residents in advance to participate in nucleic acid testing at the nearest sampling point.

5. According to the staff's instructions, the personnel who assigned the yellow code of Su Kang code sampled at the nearest sampling point at 9:00- 10:00 in the urban area, and each township arranged the last batch of sampling according to its own detection situation.

7. The person in charge of centralized isolation places shall conduct unified sampling at centralized isolation points. If you are isolated at home, please don't go to the centralized sampling point, and the staff will come to take samples.

8. The staff of sampling points should participate in the sampling personally at their respective sampling points.

9. People with fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms should do personal protection, report to the village in advance and issue an entry-exit certificate, and go to the nearest fever clinic for sampling treatment in time to avoid taking public transport.

Investigate legal responsibility according to law. Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support the nucleic acid detection work, do not participate in this round of regional nucleic acid detection, disturb the order or conceal, falsely report or tamper with information, resulting in certain consequences, shall be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

Please actively cooperate with the general public, take measures to prevent and control the epidemic, and continue to do personal protection. Adhere to the "three-piece epidemic prevention" of wearing a mask, social distance and personal hygiene, remember to wear a mask, keep a social distance, cover your cough and sneeze, wash your hands frequently, open the window as much as possible, and vaccinate to minimize people flow and gathering activities.

If no call is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative and no written report is issued.
