1. Confirm that the fault phenomenon exists, the air conditioner has no warm air, and relevant fault codes.

2. After the engine water temperature is normal, turn on the air conditioner and adjust it to the warm air temperature, and touch the warm air pipe with your hand. The pipe is cold and should be hot under normal circumstances.

3. Check the warm air pump and water valve, and do the drive link test with the tester, and find that the warm air pump can work normally.

4. Check the circuit diagram and find that the water valve is directly controlled by the front air conditioning control unit, and the line from the front control unit to the water valve is normal.

5. After replacing the air conditioning control unit, the air conditioning system works normally.
