When foreign enemies invaded, the building sent the first signal of Shanxi town, but it was demolished in the middle of last century. In the process of reconstruction, the deeds of Wan Shide, governor of Jilin and Liao Dynasties in the Ming Dynasty, were rearranged and excavated and entered the provincial intangible cultural heritage list. The newly renovated tower is 28.8 meters high.
