Winter construction application report
Winter Construction Application Report
With the continuous improvement of personal civilized literacy, there are more and more situations where reports need to be used. Usually, the content of the report is large and the length is long. . So, how to write a report appropriately? The following is a winter construction application report that I have carefully compiled for your reference. I hope it can help friends in need.
Winter construction application report 1
1. Winter construction quality assurance measures
1. All concrete pouring is scheduled to be carried out during the day, and the maximum temperature during the day is 0 ℃ or above.
2. The newly poured concrete uses commercial concrete to ensure the stability of concrete quality; strictly control the slump, add high-efficiency water reducing agent, antifreeze, and early strength agent; use silicate 42.5R cement.
3. Organize the arrival of relevant machinery, quilts, tarpaulins and other insulation materials in advance based on the physical project quantities.
4. After the concrete is poured, the exposed concrete surface should first be covered with waterproof materials such as plastic film, and then thermal insulation materials should be laid.
5. Arrange special personnel to measure the outdoor temperature and concrete temperature during the construction period and keep records. If abnormal changes in concrete temperature are found or a cold wave is encountered, measures to add an additional insulation layer or artificial heating should be taken immediately.
6. The combined steel formwork adopts a complete assembly and disassembly plan to ensure the thermal insulation effect of the formwork and reduce material consumption.
7. Before pouring concrete, remove the ice, snow and dirt on the formwork and steel bars, and take insulation measures for the containers used to transport the mixture.
8. Actively negotiate with the owner and supervision unit, and take measures to improve the design strength level of concrete when appropriate.
9. Ensure the smooth flow of information, keep in close contact with the local meteorological department, receive weather forecasts in a timely manner, and prevent sudden cold wave attacks.
2. Safety measures for winter construction
1. During winter construction, anti-slip measures should be taken.
2. After heavy snowfall, promptly clean the snow on the shelves and check the horse track platform. If there is any looseness and sinking, deal with it immediately.
3. Strengthen on-site fire source management and strictly implement the on-site fire declaration system.
4. Power switches, control boxes and other facilities are all locked, and designated personnel are responsible for management to prevent leakage and electric shock.
5. Tower crane operations are prohibited in strong winds above level 6. Winter construction application report 2
1. Steel bar processing
1. Welding steel bars should be done indoors. When it must be done outdoors, the minimum temperature should not be lower than -20°C, and should be Take measures to prevent snow and wind to reduce the temperature difference of the welded parts. It is strictly forbidden for the joints to come into contact with ice and snow immediately after welding.
2. The temperature during cold drawing of steel bars should not be lower than -15℃. When reliable measures are taken, it may not be lower than -20℃; when cold drawing using controlled stress or cold drawing rate method, cold drawing The control stress should be higher than that at normal temperature, but should not exceed 30MPa.
2. Concrete Preparation and Mixing
1. When preparing concrete, Portland cement and ordinary Portland cement are preferred. The strength grade of cement should not be lower than 42.5, and water cement should be used. The ratio should not be greater than 0.5.
2. According to the outside temperature, mix an appropriate proportion of antifreeze agent above -15℃ into the concrete to improve the frost resistance of the concrete.
3. The temperatures of the various materials used to make concrete must meet the temperature required for the concrete mixture to be mixed and mixed. Cement only insulates, not heats.
4. When mixing concrete, the aggregate and sand must not contain ice, snow and frozen blocks, and the sand and gravel should be covered with plastic sheeting.
5. When mixing concrete, the mixing water is heated to 30-50°C according to the outside temperature. The heating method uses a high-power electric heating pipe to heat the mixing water. The water temperature is measured by the mixing station tester in a timely manner. The mixing sequence is to add aggregate, add water and then mix, then add cement and mix. The mixing time should be extended by 50% compared with normal temperature to ensure that the discharge temperature of the concrete mixture is not lower than 10°C and the mold entry temperature is not lower than 5°C.
3. Concrete transportation and pouring
1. The transportation time of concrete should be shortened as much as possible to ensure that the temperature of the concrete is not lower than 5℃ when it is transported to the site and put into the mold.
2. Before pouring concrete, the ice, snow and dirt on the formwork and steel bars should be removed. The temperature when molding and curing begins should not be lower than 5℃.
3. In order to ensure the temperature at which the concrete enters the mold, concrete pouring should be done after 10 a.m., and the temperature should rise to above the minimum temperature of 5℃ before starting concrete pouring.
4. Concrete maintenance
After the concrete is poured, the formed concrete and molds should be tightly wrapped with quilts, plastic sheets and other materials, and heating measures should be taken at the lowest part of the covering ( brazier or stove) to prevent drafts and freezing. For parts that are prone to cooling, special emphasis should be placed on thermal insulation. If necessary, electric blankets should be wrapped with quilts for heating and insulation.
