What do you mean when someone says I'm a saint?

A saint, as its name implies, is sacred and believes in her own beliefs all her life. Or have some ability to control the lifeline of a country, she can either predict the future or have the ability to talk to God and so on. However, she is doomed to be lonely, a virgin all her life, unable to have feelings and desires.
