Introduction of Binggou Yellow River Bridge?
The Binggou Yellow River Bridge and its connecting line project is the first operating toll road in China that is invested, constructed and operated in full accordance with PPP mode. Yinchuan Trading Company has improved the financing capacity and efficiency of the project through market-oriented financing, and raised funds for project construction through equity, creditor's rights and subsidies, which has effectively promoted the construction of the ice ditch project and achieved win-win cooperation between the government and social capital.
Scale and investment
The project started construction in May, 20 14, with a total length of 28818 km and a total investment of199.8 million yuan. Among them, Binggou Yellow River Bridge is a key control project, with a total length of 4.053 kilometers and a width of 3 1.5 meters. It adopts two-way six-lane design, and crosses the Yellow River, Binhe Avenue and S203 Provincial Highway in a full bridge way. The starting point of Binggou Yellow River Bridge is connected with the end point of Helanshan East Road, crossing three interchanges of Beijing-Tibet Expressway, Provincial Highway 203 and Binhe Avenue, and crossing three bridges of Huinong Canal, Han Yan Canal and Erpaigou Bridge. It will become an important channel for Yinchuan to lead eastward to Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Beijing, Shandong and other eastern coastal provinces, and become the second eastern export of Yinchuan.
The design speed is 80km/h, and it is built according to the first-class highway standard. There are three interchanges across Beijing-Tibet Expressway, Binhe Avenue Interchange and Provincial Highway S203. A toll station is set up in the project, which is located to the west of Binhe Avenue, and a comprehensive maintenance management service area is set up in the whole line.
Building structure
The total length of Binggou Yellow River Highway Bridge and its connecting lines is 28.8 18km, with a total investment of about199,800 yuan. The continuous beam mileage of the main bridge is K20+273~K20+753. Prestressed concrete continuous box girder structure is adopted, which is divided into left and right frames.
