Did the second welding stop the conductive nozzle?
The gas flow rate is too small and there is too much splash, which seriously blocks the nozzle and the conductive nozzle. According to the transition form, welding wire diameter and other parameters, the gas flow can be appropriately increased.
Matters needing attention in secondary protective welding
Effective windproof, rainproof and safety measures should be taken before welding. When the wind speed is greater than 2m/s, effective wind protection measures such as wind deflector must be used. When there is water around the joint or the joint is wet, welding operation can only be carried out after the joint is dried. Stop welding when the weather is bad.
Before construction, the welder must carry necessary tools such as sharp hammer, wire brush and flat shovel, and wear labor protection articles. Nozzle must be cleaned frequently for splashes and other sundries. If the conductive nozzle is damaged, it must be replaced. Avoid excessive bending of the torch hose during welding.
