Although the housing prices along the coast have soared and the planning is detailed, few people actually care about it. Tong'an has the most disadvantaged geographical location. All parties are discussing that there will be a period of housing price shock at the end of this year. The downward adjustment is inevitable. When the room price is stable for a period of time, Xiamen housing prices will definitely return to the general trend. We all know the confidence of this trend. Xiamen Island is 13.7 kilometers long from north to south, 12.5 kilometers wide from east to west, and covers an area of about 128 square kilometers. The environment on the island There are few cities in the country that can compare with it. The livability factor lies in this. In addition, if you want to speculate on real estate in the railway station, Jinbang Park, Hexiangdong, Hexiangxi, and Baijiacun (Experimental Primary School, Zhongshan Park), you must be careful. There are many loopholes in second-hand houses, so be cautious. Then it’s near Xiamen University, the atmosphere is good, Zeng Cuo’an is good, I personally like it! There is a beautiful sea and a high-quality beach next to it. It is also a wealthy area, with celebrities, Pearl Bay, and a few seaside villas. The courtyard is the beach, but it feels like many foreigners live there. In fact, the beach is full of the yard. It’s all money!
The next Huandao Road is the most proud place in Xiamen. It is enjoyable to drive by. However, there are basically not many houses. Most of them are villas, which is also a very romantic place.
There is also Qianpu, a popular place where many people live. Now the house price has risen to 10,000 yuan. Many people choose this place. Ruijing is relatively new and the facilities should be better than Qianpu. The house price is over 10,000 yuan. It is a place with potential.
Personally, I prefer pine, cypress, and betel nut. I think the price/performance ratio is high, but the current housing prices are a bit too high, so we have to wait and see.

The scenery on both sides of Xianyue Mountain is different. I used to like the houses on Nanshan Road. In early 2009, there were still second-hand houses worth 4,000 or 5,000 yuan, but now they are No more. There is Dongdu, which I am more fond of. Now the price/performance ratio of housing prices is not that high, and it is almost catching up with Binbei. As for other places in the lake, except for the remote places, everything else seems to be fine. I always feel that the lake is a countryside and Siming is a city. There are also Guanyin Mountain, Wuyuan Bay, etc. on the east coast. The environment is good, the houses are expensive, and there are few people and cars. It will take a few years to wait. Many places on the island have not been mentioned. In fact, whether it looks good or not depends on personal feelings.
