Why did Xiamen Weather 2.17 Super advection fog form?

The formation of Xiamen 2.17 Super advection fog is related to the following reasons:

At sea level, the northeast wind from the sea in the northern part of the Taiwan Province Strait changes from large to small on the land near Xiamen, resulting in the convergence and condensation of water vapor;

It is in the ridge of high pressure at sea level, and the wind speed is low;

below 15m (85 hectopascals), the airflow sinks and the water vapor is confined near the ground;

The circulation situation is stable and the weather system moves slowly, so the duration of advection fog is relatively long.
