According to the "Nantong City Fireworks and Firecrackers Discharge Management Regulations", the types and times of prohibited and restricted areas for fireworks and firecrackers in Rugao City are now announced as follows:

1. Prohibited in the following areas Setting off fireworks and firecrackers

The closed area formed by the Waicheng River is a prohibited area for fireworks and firecrackers.

The Municipal People's Government may, based on the actual situation, gradually expand the areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the city's urban areas and announce it to the public.

2. It is prohibited to light fireworks and firecrackers in the following places

Residences of state agencies;

Scenic spots, public green spaces, drinking water source protection areas, rivers, etc. Water conservancy project management scope, cultural relics protection and preservation units;

Highways, expressways, motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes of urban roads, parking lots, overpasses, and underground spaces;

Yi Units that produce, operate, and store flammable and explosive goods and within 100 meters of the surrounding area;

Military facility protection zones, power transmission and transformation facility safety protection zones, overhead power line protection zones, railway lines and rail transit safety protection Districts, construction sites, under overhead communication lines, and within the safety protection range of oil and gas pipeline facilities;

Schools, kindergartens, children's welfare homes, scientific research institutions, nursing homes, and within the surrounding 200 meters;

Traffic hubs such as stations, docks, and airports, hospitals, shopping malls, bazaars, public cultural facilities, religious venues and other crowded places, as well as within 100 meters of the surrounding area;

City Other places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited from being set off announced by the People's Government;

At the places specified above, the public security department will set up obvious warning signs.

3. It is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers during the following times

During the high school entrance examination and college entrance examination;

During the heavy pollution weather warning issued by the Municipal People's Government;

Guarantee period for major activities issued by the Municipal People's Government.

4. Restrictions on setting off fireworks and firecrackers in restricted areas

The closed area formed by Wanshou Road, Huizheng Road, Huashi Road and Rutai Canal in this city, as well as Wanshou Road, Jiefang Road, The closed area formed by Liyu Road and Rutai Canal is a restricted area for fireworks.

The following regulations should be observed in areas where the setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is restricted:

It is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers from 21:00 to 8:00 the next day;

5. Others

In areas where fireworks and firecrackers are restricted, and in residential areas, hotels, restaurants, singing and dancing entertainment venues and other city appearance and environmental sanitation responsibility areas, the person responsible for city appearance and environmental sanitation will study After fully soliciting the opinions of the owners, the "fireworks and firecrackers setting point" will be announced.
