Where is Wushaoling?

"Wushao (shāo) Ridge is located in the central part of Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, and belongs to the southeast of Lenglong Ridge, the northern branch of the Qilian Mountains It is the natural dividing line between the Longzhong Plateau and the Hexi Corridor. It is the westernmost point where the East Asian monsoon reaches. It is about 17 kilometers long from east to west and 10 kilometers wide from north to south. The main peak is 3562 meters above sea level. The annual average temperature is -2.2℃. Chronicles of Wushaoling describe it as "feeling snow in midsummer and bone-chilling cold". It is an important gateway from the Hexi Corridor to Chang'an on the ancient Silk Road.
