Temperatures in the UK in July and August
British summer is not hot, so you need to cover yourself with a quilt when sleeping. Around 20-25 degrees. You don’t need to bring a skirt for half a month (the one you wear when going out is enough), but you will definitely need a jacket in spring and autumn. Bring a pair of pajamas to wear underneath if it gets cold. Cotton socks and silk stockings are both acceptable.
A folding umbrella or rain jacket is required. July and August are considered the hottest seasons in the UK, but they are only about the same temperature as spring in China. Occasionally it gets hot for 2 days, but the temperature is only about 28 degrees Celsius.
There are not as many snacks as there are in the UK. You can bring melon seeds, plums, dried tofu and the like. However, meat and eggs are not allowed to be brought in, nor are fast food noodles.
