Do you have a table? In the home where shrines are placed, we should pay special attention to the placement of shrines and the relationship with gods, ancestors and gods, otherwise it will have a far-reaching impact on family fortune, so we should pay special attention. So, what are the taboos of table placement?
1, the altar is not suitable for flushing: there should be no doors or roads on both sides of the altar, whether it is doors, bathroom doors or kitchen doors; Among them, the toilet door and kitchen door have the greatest influence, which will lead to family instability and easy to commit villains.
Solution: Add a screen blocking solution.
2, the altar table is not reliable toilet wall: if it is close to the toilet wall behind the altar, it is extremely disrespectful. And it is easy to cause family health problems.
Solution: (1) It is suggested to move the altar. If it is impossible to move, it is suggested to leave another space to solve it. (2) On the wall behind the altar, there are six strings of six emperors' money to resolve. The number must be six strings, and it must be six emperors (six pieces).
3, the altar table can not be adjacent to the kitchen: if there is a kitchen behind the altar, the fire is too heavy, and there is an image of unstable family luck and gradual retreat.
Solution: (1) It is suggested to move the altar. If it is impossible to move, it is suggested to leave another space to solve it. (2) On the wall behind the altar, there are six strings of six emperors' money to resolve it. The number must be six strings, and it must be six emperors (six pieces).
According to the traditional rules, the number of offerings should be placed like this:
First, there are two things on the table, one is incense sticks and the other is offerings.
The position is that the offerings are inside and the incense sticks are outside. This is mainly for the convenience of relatives and friends.
Second, the quantity of materials needed.
There are requirements for placing offerings, and the logarithmic requirements are stipulated, that is, it should be three or multiples of three. But it cannot be an even number.
For example, if the offering placed can be one plate, but if there is more than one plate, it must be three plates, six plates and nine plates. The number of plates placed cannot be even. I believe that in my previous life, if it was an even number, one person would die.
Similarly, there are three or nine kinds of offerings on the plate, such as snacks and fruits. It cannot be an even number.
Third, keep burning incense and don't put it out during the funeral. The offerings are kept until the end of the funeral, which can only be increased and cannot be replaced.
How to place the objects on the Buddha table? I have a tantric tradition. My inheritance basically taught us how to decorate the Tantric altar. He said: "The Tantric altar is best in a quiet little room, and it is best to find a place to hide the wind and gather gas. The so-called place where the wind gathers gas is to have two walls as sand hands. There should be no windows and doors on one side of the altar, and the wall should be strong, without holes or holes. Of course, the Buddha statues in the secret altar are mainly based on their own gods. For example, if you practice the Guanyin method, you can regard Guanyin Bodhisattva as the main god of the secret altar. If you practice the Lotus Watson Method, you can regard the Buddha as the main statue. Buddha statues can be carved with wood, clay, gold and copper. If they are made of paper, they can also be used. It is also good to use the charts of Buddha and Bodhisattva. The worship of some secret altars is slightly different: some people worship incantations (mantra wheels), which are called "Fammandala". Some people provide handprints and magic weapons, which are called samada mandala. Some people worship the second Buddha statue or King Kong statue, which is called "Karma Datura". Some people worship Buddha and Bodhisattva, all of which are pictures of the King Kong Sea. This is the so-called "Big Datura". Personally, I think that in terms of worship, I mainly practice my own dharma, and the porcelain paintings I inherited from the guru can be worshipped on the right. On the left, you can worship the second King Kong protector, just three. The number of buddhas and bodhisattvas to worship is relatively good, one, three, five and seven. Classics can be placed on the right side of the altar, and towers can be placed on the left. As for offerings, there are five offerings and eight offerings. These five offerings are flowers, incense, lamps, tea and fruits. Eight bowls or cups are used to show the front of the Buddha statue, from right to left. The first bowl contains conch, the second bowl contains fruit, the third bowl contains powder, the fourth bowl contains candles, the fifth bowl contains three pieces of sandalwood, and the sixth bowl contains five white flowers. According to the Red Sect, there are five red flowers (both real flowers and plastic flowers). Eight can be used in one row or two rows and two rows. The first row is buddhas and bodhisattvas, and the last row is observing changes. Flowers, altar incense and conch are not properly placed. Rice can be put under the bowl. The offerings that must be changed every day are fruit, water skiing, clean water or boiled water. Other products can be changed according to your needs. There are incense burners and sandalwood burners in front of Bagong Temple, with lights on both sides. This is the general situation of the secret altar. The tantric guru explained the significance of these eight kinds of support. Two waters represent the water of merit, flowers represent charity, incense represents abstinence, lamps represent humiliation, the last fragrance represents diligence, fruit represents meditation, conch represents wishful thinking, and incense represents wisdom. When offering sacrifices, the most important thing is to visualize, turn a row of sacrifices into one side and then into a mountain, which is full of ten sides of the universe. Its praise is: the four continents of Xumishan, the sun and the moon, turn treasures into buddhas, all kinds of solemn merits, and wish all beings to prove Bodhi. After meditation, chanting and blessing: hum. ..... As far as I know, if a person wants to be rich in the afterlife, he will be rich in the afterlife as long as he can install a secret altar, know how to visualize and support, and read the "support curse". This is the cause and effect of the Eight Sacrifices, because as long as he has support, he must be rich. Someone asked me, besides these eight offerings, what else do I need to provide? This varies from region to region. In the past, esoteric religion also offered milk, cheese, raw crisp, cooked crisp, soaking, honey and so on. If we want to show special respect, we can provide honey, milk, cakes, sweets and so on. Sometimes you can offer your own satisfactory treasures, not only food, but even your own satisfactory jewelry. The tantric guru attached great importance to the spiritual support and devoted all his spiritual time to the Buddha and Bodhisattva, which was the most precious support. The tantric guru dedicated his life to all sentient beings, sacrificed himself for pleasure, endured humiliation and burden, made all sentient beings feel comfortable physically and mentally, removed all sentient beings' distress and karma, freed all sentient beings in the world, and quickly proved the results of Buddhism and Bodhisattva. This is the most extraordinary life support and the biggest heart supply. It is the most extraordinary Dharma of Tantric Buddhism that those who practice the method of offering support have made such great achievements. " Siddhartha Gautama in Tibetan style cannot be said to be Sakyamuni Buddha in Tantric Buddhism. "What is the basis of this statement? Both Tibetan Buddhism and the most important secret law in Tibetan Buddhism are one of the Buddhist teachings. If you think that Buddhism in Tantric Buddhism is not Buddhism, then this person doesn't understand Tibetan Buddhism at all ... >>
Placement of family dining table Some families will place dining tables at home to worship gods, ancestors or gods, but we should pay special attention to the placement of dining tables, otherwise it will have a bad influence on the fortune of the family.
First of all, the placement of the table:
1, the table should not be washed by the door: both sides of the table should not be washed by the door or the road, whether it is the door, bathroom door or kitchen door; Among them, the toilet door and kitchen door have the greatest influence, which will lead to family instability and easy to commit villains.
2, the table is not reliable toilet wall: if the back of the table is close to the toilet wall, it is extremely disrespectful. And it is easy to cause family health problems.
3, the table can not be adjacent to the kitchen: if there is a kitchen behind the table, the fire is too heavy, and there is an image of instability and gradual retreat.
4. The direction of the altar should not be opposite to the direction of the house: the opposite direction of the altar and the house itself is commonly known as the "inverted hall", which has a serious impact on the family fortune and the family is not harmonious. In severe cases, there will be a phenomenon of men without women.
5, the beam can not press the table: if there is a beam above the table, it will produce stress suffocation, family members will have brain diseases, mental weakness, and insanity. In severe cases, family luck has been bad and must be resolved.
6, behind the table can not be stairs: behind the table is stairs, which is very common, which will lead to weak fortune at home and serious money leakage.
Secondly, the items placed on the altar:
1, inferior incense and chemical incense cannot be placed on the altar; It will damage the body and mind and ruin the good news; You'd better customize a better natural fragrance, which is more secure and blessed. It is suggested that a pair of official website phaseless copper stoves must have auspicious incense suitable for you.
2. Mascots can be placed on the altar, but they can't be placed at will. I can only bless you according to your fortune. This can be set in a copper furnace without phase at the same time.
What do you need to put on the table? The types of products that need to be placed on the desktop are:
1. food: the first offering is chicken, or biscuits, fruits and other foods.
2, fragrance: natural fragrance is better, do not put inferior fragrance or chemical fragrance; This will only increase the violation of fate and offend the gods; You'd better customize a better natural fragrance for better blessing; It is suggested that it can be customized in official website, and there is no phase copper furnace.
3. Flowers: The second offering is flowers. Beautiful flowers should be provided instead of artificial flowers made of plastic and spun silk.
4. Mascot: Some deities, instruments or mascots can be properly placed to pray for blessings; If you need this, you can also customize it in official website at the same time, a copper furnace without phase. You put this personally, and it feels very ok.
5. Water: Except water supply, only one serving is enough for other offerings, but seven cups are needed for water supply.
6. Lighting: Lotus lamp or oil lamp can be used.
What is the orientation of the Buddha statue in the living room? Try not to put it in the bedroom. The house faces east from west, which is called "opposite house". The financial position is in the south, northwest and southeast. It is best to put the Buddha statue in this financial position. If you need a table or niche to put the Buddha statue, you can also come and have a look.
How to put the offerings to the bodhisattva? Please ask the Bodhisattva to go home, and how to put the offerings to the south.
Regarding the ritual of offering sacrifices to the gods at home in daily life, I told the inquirer this way: First of all, 1 We should give priority to quiet rooms, and it is not allowed to wash the bathroom, kitchen or back in the dining room or bedroom, so the seats are not clean.
Height is defined by a person's waist, and being higher than a person's waist is to show respect. If there are children at home, you should put them higher to prevent them from touching them.
The altar should be respectful and should not be placed on groceries at will. It is better to have a shrine.
The offerings are mainly vegetarian, fruits and water, and it is best not to provide items with meat, including onions, garlic and leeks.
Water should be changed every day, and the changed water should be poured into your own cup for drinking.
Important festivals should have great support.
The suitable position is to sit in the room, with the north facing south, followed by the east facing west, in the middle, followed by the east or the north.
Note: You have entered the long summer. Don't say that moving the idol to the southeast is a catastrophe.
Suggestion: it is better to find a feng shui gentleman to come back and have a look.
How to decorate a family Buddhist temple and how to set up a Buddhist temple at home? How to offer Buddha? It is a problem that many beginners will encounter. It's complicated to say, simple to say, sincere respect, and everything else can be learned slowly. Setting up a Buddhist temple should be based on the actual situation of your home. If someone in the family does not believe in Buddhism, then in order to avoid family conflicts, the Buddhist temple should not be placed in the middle of the living room (living room) where people walk frequently. You can choose a corner of the room, or balcony, study, independent small room, mainly quiet, because you have to do homework there.
When choosing the location of a Buddhist temple, you can design your own Buddhist temple according to the area (size) of this location. Since it is a Buddhist temple, Buddha statues are indispensable. Tibetan Buddhism has Thangka, and Han Buddhism has Buddha paintings, which can be hung on the walls of Buddhist temples. There is usually an altar in a Buddhist temple. The altar can be customized according to the area of the Buddhist temple, or it can be replaced by an idle table at home.
The Buddha statue can be placed on the altar, and a niche can be made for the Buddha statue if conditions permit. Usually, the Buddha statue is placed in the middle of the altar against the wall, with Bodhisattva on both sides and Dharma on the side. Put a passage next to the Buddha statue or on the niche to represent Buddhism. Scriptures should be wrapped in yellow cloth or hada and kept clean. It's best to put a photo of conversion to the guru in the Buddhist temple.
Buddhism pays more attention to the opening of Buddha statues. The significance of opening the Buddha statue has been explained in the previous blog post, so I don't need to repeat it here. Some Buddha statues in Buddhist friends' homes cannot be opened for various reasons after being invited back. It doesn't really matter. If you sincerely offer them, the Buddha will also be blessed.
The common offerings on the table are: offering cups (Tibetan Buddhism is seven or eight cups, representing: flowers, flowers, lights, oil and fruits; Han Buddhism is a three-offering cup, representing a Buddhist monk), incense sticks (Tibetan Buddhism uses a lying incense box and Han Buddhism uses a incense burner), and lamps (Tibetan Buddhism uses butter lamps, Han Buddhism uses incense sticks, and now there are lotus-shaped broadcast lamps to choose from). These are common products.
In addition, Tibetan Buddhist laymen can also offer sacrifices to Eight Auspiciouss, Manzapan, Sodom (gallium) and utensils (Jingangling, Jingang, Gufa, Muyu, etc.). ), pure bottles, Aquarius, small pagodas, relics, Ganlu pills, etc. This depends on your own actual situation, just don't climb.
Buddhist temples should be kept clean at all times, and altars should be cleaned frequently to avoid dust or incense ashes. Change the water in the cup every day, usually in the morning and then in the evening. When pouring water, wipe the cup clean to avoid leaving water stains. Pay attention to fire prevention when offering incense and lamps, preferably when someone is at home.
After the water source is removed, it can be sprinkled outside the house, gardens and grasslands, and trees and flowers can be irrigated. If there are no conditions, you can also sprinkle it in the kitchen sink. I hope that the purified water blessed by these Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can benefit the vast number of sentient beings and sewer sentient beings, and I hope that all sentient beings can get temporary happiness and relief.
In addition to daily water supply, light supply and fragrance supply, flowers, fruits and other foods (dried fruits, cakes, sesame oil, etc.) can also be provided. Flowers, fruits and food can be provided for one day, two days, three days or even longer according to the situation, and they should be replaced if they are weak. When changing, make the following observations: thank the Buddha and Bodhisattva for their prayers, and pray for the Buddha to add a quilt to keep me away from Buddhism until nirvana. Like this, if you have any familiar words or poems, just read them. It is important that we should have such a heart or desire at this moment, and it is best not to withdraw our support without any visualization. If the economic conditions are not plentiful, the water supply is good every day.
Whether doing homework or providing daily lessons, don't treat them as a kind of pressure, but as a good habit. As for the process, some places are not as good as the law, and there is no need to worry that the Buddha and Bodhisattva are unhappy and blame us. There is no such thing. Buddha and Bodhisattva are the most equal and compassionate. They care about us as much as mothers care about their children. How can they blame us for a little mistake in the process of offering Buddha? So don't have that kind of ideological pressure and burden, just pay with our piety.
