How to replace the Dongfeng Xiaokang K17 heater water tank

Dongfeng Xiaokang K17 heater water tank replacement steps:

1. Drain the coolant in the cooling system.

2. Remove the control board.

3. Detach the cable fixing on the left side of the heater device and remove the screws on the wire terminals.

4. Unlock the wire connector behind the blower motor.

5. Disconnect the vacuum tube and the lighting wire behind the heater control device.

6. Place a container under the engine and under the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder head.

7. Disassemble the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder cover.
