1. Overview of the current status of geological disasters and geological disaster prevention and control in the city
The city’s geological disaster-prone areas cover an area of 7347.25 square kilometers, accounting for 72.69% of the total land area. . There are currently 499 geological hazard hazard points (excluding 14 ground fissures and 5 ground subsidence centers in the urban area), directly threatening the safety of 4,932 households, 20,174 people, and 15,739 houses.

Baqiao District: Landslides and collapse disasters caused by engineering construction activities along the loess hills and loess plateau slopes, and changes in F1 to F10 ground fissures and extension zones have caused damage to surface buildings. Lintong District: Landslides and collapse disasters caused by engineering construction activities along the loess hills and loess plateau slopes. The main types of prevention are collapses and landslides.
Chang'an District: Landslides and collapse disasters caused by engineering construction activities along the slopes of loess hills and loess plateaus. Hu County: places along the Laoyu River, Taiping River and in front of the Qinling Mountains.
