What food do you eat a day?
Disclaimer: My diet is not particularly healthy, and I am not the best cook, so don't expect Michelin-style food or anything else.
I don't have a special set meal, so I eat when I'm hungry. I try to eat at least one big meal a day, but I usually eat two meals (sometimes three if I feel good about breakfast earlier) and eat a lot of snacks between them.
Let me give you some examples of two random days this week, so that you can better understand what I eat every day.
Sample 1 day:
10: 30 am to 1 1 am: I got up too late and didn't have breakfast, so I didn't want to wait until noon. I decided to have brunch instead. I ate some old rice in the refrigerator, so I decided to make an Indonesian fried rice with onion, ginseng sauce, sweet ABC soy sauce, soy sauce, sausage, cabbage and an fried egg. Indonesians, please don't crucify me. )
165438+ 0: 00 am: Have some blueberry yogurt and green tea, although I don't need it.
3 pm: I bought myself a large mocha in Costa because I had to finish my work. This is a bad idea, because I usually don't drink coffee, so I feel like death in the next few hours.
6 pm: I made myself two slices of salmon (pickled with black pepper and thyme) and lots and lots of cooked carrots. I also made a small bowl of pickles, namely green olives, pickled cucumbers, red peppers with cheese. Oh, and cloudy apple juice.
9 pm: I'm hungry again, so I decided to end the day with a bowl of blackberries and raspberries.
Conclusion: As far as food is concerned, it was a beautiful day for me (in fact, I didn't mess it up twice, used condiments and bothered to fry some side dishes). Remind me not to drink any more coffee.
Two-day samples:
8:30 am: I don't know what I do at this unreasonable time, but I decided to have breakfast. I ate half a cow green tea and fried cabbage. I swear it tastes better than it looks.
2 pm: I ate two leftover vegetarian lasagna made of eggplant, zucchini and extra mozzarella cheese. Yes, the cheese is completely overcooked (I can never bake lasagna well), but I don't want to waste a whole plate of family-sized lasagna, so that's it.
5 pm: I went to the local farmers' market and bought a Red Velvet cupcake, a freshly baked brownie and a big table of bubble tea. Making tea tastes terrible, but everything else is fine.
1pm: I decided to eat the last leftover lasagna.
Conclusion: This is a very representative day. Vegetarian home cooking (I don't like dealing with raw meat, so I usually prepare vegetarian food at home), too many desserts, burnt leftovers and a lot of tea.
That's about it.
According to these pictures, how many calories do I consume every day? I never know how to count calories, but it will be interesting to know!
