Turn on the phone as shown:

Select a blank area and hold it for a few seconds:

There will be something about plug-ins below, as shown in the figure:

Click the plug-in:

Just swipe left and right to select the plug-in you want to add.

I take weather plug-in as an example and click weather plug-in:

Then slide left and right to select the desktop where the plug-in needs to be placed.

Just click the plug-in again.
