When my grandmother gets hot, red spots appear on her body. Try to solve it.

The formation of prickly heat is due to high temperature and humidity in summer, and the body sweats too much and is not easy to evaporate. Sweat seeps into the cuticle of epidermis, which leads to the blockage of sweat gland duct orifice. After storage, the sweat in the sweat gland duct is broken due to the increase of internal pressure, and the sweat penetrates into the surrounding tissues, resulting in irritation. Herpes and papules occur in sweat pores, leading to heat rash. Some doctors believe that the blockage of sweat pores is a staphylococcal infection caused by sweat Kong Yuan, which is related to the hot and humid environment.

Clinically, miliaria can be divided into three types:

1, red prickly heat (red prickly heat) is caused by sweat overflowing the epidermis a little deeper. It is the most common in clinic and can occur at any age. It mainly occurs on the back of the hand, elbow socket, neck, chest, back, abdomen, under the breast of women and the head, face and buttocks of children. It is a round and pointed needle-like papule or papule with slight redness. Rashes often appear in batches, with slight burning and itching. There was slight desquamation after the rash subsided.

2. White prickly heat (crystalline prickly heat) is caused by sweat overflowing in or under the stratum corneum. It is common in patients who sweat a lot in high temperature environment, stay in bed for a long time and are too weak. Superficial vesicles from needle tip to needle tip mostly occur in the neck and trunk, with extremely thin and slightly bright walls, clear contents and no blush. Unconscious symptoms, easy to break when gently rubbed, with extremely thin scales and lips after drying.

3, abscess (purulent prickly heat) is a superficial small pustule with a nail on the head at the top of the prickly heat. It is rare in clinic, often occurring in folds, such as the flexion of limbs and genitals, and also common in children's head and neck. Pustules are often sterile or non-pathogenic cocci, but they can be infected after ulceration.

Generally speaking, prickly heat is most likely to grow on children, but some adults with delicate skin, obesity, sweating or weak constitution will also grow prickly heat. In addition to the thick skin parts such as soles of feet and palms, prickly heat will appear in all parts of the body.
