Where is the European Union?
The 55 members of UEFA are divided into four grades according to the ranking coefficient. For example, "national leagues" are grouped according to FIFA's ranking of national teams. Then, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Italy may become the first-class teams in the national league, and England, Portugal, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Russia may become the second-class teams.

Rules of the European Union:
A-level rules: 16 teams will be divided into four groups, and the top one in each group will advance to the UEFA Cup final and compete for the UEFA Cup of 202 1. The venue for the finals will be chosen by the participating teams. The bottom of each group will be downgraded to B.
Class B rule: Divide the 16 team into four groups, with the top ranked team in each group promoted to Class A and the bottom ranked team reduced to Class C. ..
Class c rules: 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups, and the top players in each group will be promoted to Class B. The teams at the bottom of the four groups will pair up for two rounds of home and away play-offs, and finally the two teams will be relegated to Class D.
D-level rule: Seven teams will be divided into two groups, a group of four teams and a group of three teams.
