Public Rental Housing Policy These Rules shall apply to the application, review and management of public rental housing in Nijo Castle District (hereinafter referred to as "public rental housing").
Duanzhou public rental housing as mentioned in these rules refers to the affordable housing that is invested and built by the municipal government, municipal units or district governments within the scope of this area, with limited construction standards and rent levels, and rented to eligible families with housing difficulties, newly employed employees, migrant workers and other people with special housing difficulties.
