Which case is the scorching sun talking about?

There is no real case of scorching sun, just a fictional story. The film is adapted from the novel "Black Spot" by female writer Xu Yigua, and tells the story of three sworn brothers with different identities raising an orphan girl. By chance, they are involved in an old case.
