Course of replacing water separator valve
Method:
1. Remove the four bolts.
2. After removing the bolts, separate the connectors of the flanges on both sides.
3. When the valve core is in the open state, the seat sealing rings on both sides of the valve body can be buckled out.
4. Pull up the two clips of the buckle so that they no longer restrict the rotation of the nut.
5. Remove the parts on the valve stem.
6. Turn the valve core to the closed state and then take it out of the valve body.
7. Take out the valve body from the inside of the valve stem.
Extended data:
In addition to all the functions of a standard collector, the functional collector also has the functions of temperature and pressure display, automatic flow adjustment, automatic water mixing heat exchange, thermal energy metering, automatic indoor temperature control, wireless and remote control, etc. In order to prevent corrosion, water collectors are generally made of corrosion-resistant metals or synthetic materials.
Commonly used materials are copper, stainless steel, copper-nickel plating, alloy nickel plating, high temperature resistant plastics and so on. The inner and outer surfaces of the water collector (including connectors, etc. ) should be smooth, no cracks, sand holes, cold insulation, slag inclusion and uneven surface. The connector with electroplated surface shall be uniform in color, firm in coating and free from deplating defects.
