What is the interview process of teacher recruitment examination?
1. Identify the interviewees
The interview will be conducted after the written test, and those who pass the written test can enter the interview.
Those who pass the written test of teacher qualification certificate can apply for an interview online. Those who pass the application are required to arrive at the designated test center within the specified time to confirm and pay the fee. After on-site confirmation, they log on to the registration website to confirm whether the registration is successful or not, and print the admission ticket according to the announcement.
According to the actual situation in various places, the qualified line of written test scores is not uniformly stipulated in the teacher recruitment interview, but is determined according to the total written test scores from high to low, and the interview candidates are generally determined according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited 1: 3 or 1: 5. If the actual number of people participating in the interview does not reach the specified proportion, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number or the number of recruits shall be reduced accordingly.
2. Interview registration and topic selection
Candidates generally need to report to the designated place 30 minutes in advance, and the examination staff should check the candidates' identity documents, interview admission tickets and interview notices.
After that, the staff will inform the candidates of the interview sequence and examination contents according to the time arranged by the system, and then the candidates will enter in turn under the guidance of the guide, and log in to the interview software evaluation system with the computer in the waiting room. The system will immediately select three trial topics (during the pilot period, some regions will choose one topic from three topics and some regions will choose one topic from two topics). Candidates must choose the topic they are good at within one minute, otherwise the system will choose the first topic by default. Print out the examination questions list and lesson preparation paper after selecting the topic.
In the teacher recruitment interview, the staff organizes the candidates to draw lots to decide the interview order and test content (lecture topics or trial topics, and the teacher recruitment interview generally does not arrange fixed questions to answer, that is, structured interviews), and the draw order is sorted from high to low according to the written test scores.

Step 3 wait for the exam
Candidates enter the waiting area to prepare for the exam after registration, and the documents they need to carry are the admission ticket and ID card. Don't leave before the end of the exam, and the examination room staff will supervise you. Before the interview, the interviewer should go to the designated place under the guidance of the staff to give lectures or prepare for the trial (if it is an interview for the teacher qualification examination, it is generally only for the examination), and no noise is allowed. When preparing on site, the required teaching materials are usually prepared in advance. What candidates need to do is to write a lecture or give a trial lecture according to the assigned teaching materials and the topics extracted in advance. The preparation time varies according to different situations. The preparation time for the interview of the national unified examination for teacher qualification is fixed at 20 minutes. Teacher recruitment interviews are divided into two situations according to whether there are questions. If you give a topic, the general preparation time is 20 ~ 30 minutes. If no questions are given, candidates can have up to 90 minutes of preparation time (such as some places in Shaanxi).
Step 4 enter the examination room
According to the sequence, when it is candidates' turn to enter the venue, the guide will go to the waiting room and announce: "Please invite candidates to enter the venue". Candidates arrive at the entrance of the examination room under the guidance of the instructor. Generally, the examination room door is open, so candidates can go in directly without knocking at the door. If the door is closed, candidates need to knock on the door and get permission from the examiner before entering. Guides are not allowed to call the candidates' names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. Generally, guides only know the serial numbers of candidates.
Step 5 answer
(1) Answering standard of national unified examination for teacher qualification
Under normal circumstances, after the candidates enter the examination room, they go directly to the candidates' seats, say hello to the examiner after standing, and report their own examination sequence number.
A. Structured interview session
The examiner randomly selected two questions from the examination evaluation system and conducted a structured interview with the candidates, who had 5 minutes to answer.
B. Scene simulation link
That is, the candidates explain the topic of the trial to the examiner and simulate it according to the prepared teaching design.
Classroom teaching focuses on examining candidates' ability to grasp the theme and control the classroom scene. The duration is generally 10 minute.
C. defense link
In the defense, there are two forms: "sitting answer" and "standing answer" according to different situations on the spot. "Sit and answer" means that candidates can sit down and answer the questions raised by the examiner after the examiner instructs them to "sit down"; "Stand and answer" means standing and answering the questions raised by the examiner, often standing in a designated position. The examiner asks questions around the content and test items of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration). The total time is 5 minutes, including 1 minute preparation time.
(2) Teacher recruitment answer specification
According to different interview forms, the answers are different. When taking the interview form of lecture or trial lecture, after entering the examination room, the candidates go directly to the candidates' booth, say hello to the examiner after standing, report their exam serial number, explain the topic of the lecture or trial lecture, and then start the lecture or trial lecture activities. Generally speaking, the lecture and demonstration time is 10 ~ 20 minutes. During the defense (unstructured interview), the time will generally not exceed 15 minutes.
(It is particularly important to note that candidates cannot give their names. If the name is reported in the examination room, the candidate will be disqualified from the interview on the spot. Candidates can only report their lottery sequence number to the interview team when taking the exam, and may not disclose or imply their names and other information to the judges in any way. )
6. Evaluation results
(1) Interview evaluation of teacher qualification examination: The examiner comprehensively scores the interview performance of the candidates according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form (see Section 5), and submits the score through the interview evaluation system after being signed by the team leader. Results: The total interview score 100. Candidates' scores are weighted and accumulated according to the scores of each item (the weights of each item are specified in the examination syllabus).
(2) Teacher recruitment interview evaluation: the examiner will give his own score to the rater, and the rater will generally remove the highest score and the lowest score from the examiner to get the average score. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review. After the audit is completed, the staff will record it.
7, results query and published results
(1) Inquiry of interview results of teacher qualification examination: One month after the interview, candidates can inquire the interview results through the websites of primary and secondary school and kindergarten teacher qualification examinations. Candidates who pass the written test and interview will be awarded the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens by the Examination Center of the Provincial Ministry of Education (this certificate is a necessary condition for applying for teacher qualification recognition).
(2) The results of the teacher recruitment interview are announced: there are two situations. One is that after the interview, the staff will finish counting the scores. Announce the interview results on the spot. After all the interviews, the comprehensive scores of written test and interview will be announced and the candidates will be determined. The second is that candidates go home and wait after the interview, and the website will publish the interview results, total scores, rankings, shortlists and medical examination lists.
