I. Xun Yu

Xun Yu, whose real name is Wen Ruo, was called "Wang Zuo gifted scholar" and nicknamed "Seeking the Lord" since childhood. As the chief counselor and hero of Cao Cao's unification of the north, Xun Yu strategically formulated and planned the blueprint and military route of Cao Cao's unification of the north, and revised Cao Cao's strategic policy many times, which was praised by Cao Cao. Tactically, he has been facing Lu Bu's rebellion to save the three cities of Yanzhou. Yuan Shao was killed in Guandu and traveled lightly between Wanhe and Ye to cover up the sudden attack on Jingzhou. Politically, Cao Cao was recommended by many talents such as Zhong You, Xun You, Chen Qun, Du Fu and Guo Jia. Xun Yu has made great achievements in advice, planning, drawing lots and raising funds. He was called "my ovary" by Cao Cao.

The next official, Xun Yu, continued to order writing. After more than ten years as a secretary, he was honored as "Xun Lingjun". Xun Yu opposed Cao Cao's usurpation of the throne all his life. Later, he was jealous of Cao Cao because he opposed Cao Cao's name Gong Wei. Xun Yu turned down Sangong's position without a field trip. Soon after, he went out with the army and died of depression in Shouchun. After his death, he was made king and later Qiu. After all, master Xun Yu won't let the big fellow down.

Two. Jia yi

Jia Yi, whose real name is Wen He, is nicknamed "Poison Man". Originally the Ministry of Dong Zhuo, after Dong Zhuo's death, he proposed that Li Jue and Guo Si counterattack Chang 'an. After Li Jue and others failed, they became Zhang Xiu's consultants. Zhang Xiu defeated Cao Cao twice with his stratagem. Before the battle of Guandu, he advised Zhang Xiu to surrender to Cao Cao. Cao Cao fought Yuan Shao in Guandu, Ma Chao in Tongguan, Ma Chao in Xiliang and Han Sui, all of which had the plot of Jia Xu. Cao Cao wanted to take the opportunity to dissuade Jia Xu from going into the river, saying that he wanted to appease the people and hide his strength, but Cao Cao refused. As a result, he was defeated in Battle of Red Cliffs. On the issue of Cao Cao's successor, Jia Xu secretly helped xelloss. Cao Pi proclaimed himself emperor in the future and named him Qiu and Wei Shou. Throughout Jia Yi's life, he retired.

Three. Xun you

Xun You, the nephew of Xun Yu, is an outstanding strategist, and is known as Cao Cao's "strategist". He is particularly good at defeating the enemy with flexible tactics and military tactics, and often uses strange tricks to defeat the enemy. Xun You blade years, assistant minister for the yellow door. When Dong Zhuo entered Beijing, he was imprisoned for plotting to assassinate Dong Zhuo, and then abandoned his official position and went home. After welcoming Cao Cao's son of heaven into many capitals, Xun You became Cao Cao's strategist. When Cao Cao conquered Lu Bu, Xun You dissuaded Cao Cao from withdrawing, and presented a coup, which was to flood Pi City and capture Lu Bu alive. In the battle of Guandu, Xun You made a diversion and killed Yan Liang and Wen Chou. He also sent Huang Xu to burn Yuan Shao's grain and grass, urged Cao Cao to accept it, and painted Wu's lair, making great contributions. During the pacification of Hebei, Xun Youli advised Cao Cao to destroy Yuan Shao's son and was named Prince Ling Shuge by Cao Cao's court. Xun You is cautious and low-key, scheming, and highly respected by Cao Cao. In 24 years, Xun You died on the way to Cao Cao's conquest of Wu. Xun You's strategy is as good as Xun Yu's.

Four. Cheng Yu

Cheng Yu, the word Zhongde, was an adviser and a famous minister of Cao Wei from the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Three Kingdoms period. He led the people against the Yellow Scarf Uprising in East Asia. In the third year of Pingping, Cheng Yu was appointed by Cao Cao as the Shouzhangling. Since then, he has made suggestions and fought everywhere. When Cao Caozheng Xuzhou, Cheng Yu

Guo Jia, whose real name is Xiao, is a "genius" in posthumous title, and is a famous counselor under Cao Cao's account. He was originally a subordinate of Yuan Shao, but later he took refuge in Cao Cao and made great contributions to Cao Cao's unification of northern China. As a strategist, offer wine and seal it as Hou. Cao Cao died when he conquered Wuwan at the age of 38. Say "Hou Zhen". The history books say that he is "a wise man and a strange man in the world". Cao Cao praised his insight and his Zuo Qi. After the defeat of Cao Cao, Battle of Red Cliffs cried, "I cried Guo Fengxiao's ear! There is a poem that says, "Born in Guo Fengxiao, heroes are crowned heroes. History is in the belly and armor is in the chest. Luck is like Fan Li, and decision-making is like Chen Ping. It's a pity that the pillar of the Central Plains didn't fall down and die first "is an outstanding counselor of the Three Kingdoms. "Guo Jia can't die, Wolong can't die" is the greatest affirmation of his intelligence and the highest evaluation of Guo Jia. Guo Jia is a wizard through the ages, and his intelligence is no less than that of Kong Ming.

Through the analysis of the personal achievements of the five counselors, we can draw the following conclusions: Xun Yu and Cheng Yu are good at handling government affairs and logistics support, such as Xiao He in the early Han Dynasty; Xun You and Jia Yi are good at military art of war, such as Sean in the early Han Dynasty; Guo Jiaze is good at strategic deployment and specific tactics, such as Han Xin in the early Han Dynasty. All five people have brilliant historical achievements and made great contributions to the establishment and consolidation of the Cao Wei regime. But after all, it is an undeniable fact that there are big and small achievements. In my opinion, Xun Yu and Guo Jia are the first, Xun You is the second, Jia Yi is the third and Cheng Yu is the fourth.

In fact, these five advisers played an important role in the establishment and consolidation of Cao Wei's regime. It is said that Cao Cao occupied time, but I think Cao Cao not only occupied time, but also occupied man and peace. Throughout the history of the Three Kingdoms, Cao Wei has always been full of talents, and famous counselors have emerged one after another. On the other hand, Shu Han and Wu Dong are obviously inferior to Cao Wei in talent gathering. Perhaps this is the deep-seated reason why Cao Wei has always prevailed in the pattern of tripartite confrontation. In a word, the prosperity of Cao Wei depends on talents and five great advisers.

Awesome, Cao Cao's five counselors; Awesome, Cao Wei's talent pool.
