How to be a relaxed Chinese teacher

Liu Zhigang xianghua high school

To tell the truth, being a Chinese teacher is easy, being a good Chinese teacher is difficult, and being an excellent Chinese teacher is even more difficult. Needless to say, Mr. China's requirements in class are higher than those of other subjects. Whenever an open class comes down, there are always different opinions. It is the changed text that makes it more difficult for Chinese teachers to prepare lessons. Moreover, the current exam is even more confusing for our Chinese teachers. It is often rare for a Chinese test paper to have several hard-working topics for a semester. It feels like a real waste of time.

First of all, begin to cultivate students' interest in learning Chinese. We all know that interest is the best learning teacher. Students' interest in learning Chinese is higher, so it is easier for us to have classes. But how to cultivate this interest? I remember the year before last, when I was teaching No.1 (2), I told them stories of great literary writers such as Lu Xun, Bing Xin and Contradiction in the first class. When I told them that Lu Xun's lifetime manuscript fee was nearly 4 million, they were so envious that they seemed to have the motivation to learn Chinese well. At this time, I told them that no one was born successful, and their success was due to their love and persistent pursuit of literature. As long as you work hard, you will also achieve something in literature. I think the students in class 1 (2) have always been so interested in learning Chinese, which should be inseparable from this sentence in the first class.

Besides, in class, I also try my best to use various teaching methods to arouse students' learning enthusiasm and make them feel relaxed when learning Chinese. For example, in class, I try to introduce it in different ways, such as illustrations, couplets, riddles, stories, movies, appreciation of things, music and songs, comparison, creating situations, setting suspense and so on. No matter which method is used, as long as it can stimulate students to have a strong thirst for knowledge. I remember when I was teaching Stomatology, I foolishly performed a bird song for the students. At this time, some students volunteered to imitate the sound of the train. Some people said that these performances were not as good as those in Lausanne. His drums, drums, tuba and trumpet can be played together. At this time, I said that Lausanne only simulated three or five sounds at the same time. In the Ming Dynasty, Lin Sihuan wrote "Kouji", which was even better. Dozens and hundreds of voices could be uttered together. Before the teacher finished, the students couldn't wait to turn over the books.

Then, we can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm through various activities. For example, reciting some famous books; If it is transformed into audio language through the artistic means of expressing feelings with vocal cords and sounds, it will receive an infectious and shocking artistic effect. So when teaching poetry and prose, I will hold some small reading meetings in the classroom. Students' feelings can be integrated between the lines of poetry, so how can we not be infected and interested? Then there is singing: many texts can be combined with singing, for example, learning from the China People's Liberation Army's million-strong army crossing the river, learning from the seven laws of the People's Liberation Army's occupation of Nanjing, learning from Chinese people's Volunteer Army's tactics, learning from Lutai to punch cards in Kansai, learning from Hao Hange, learning from the white-haired girl, learning from the north wind blowing, and tying the red rope. Music and literature are interlinked, and the sound of books and bursts of singing should be a landscape in Chinese class, which can not only enliven the atmosphere, but also help students better understand the text.

You can also hold competitions to enhance your interest. Psychological research shows that competition can stimulate students' self-improvement, self-esteem and the internal driving force of competition. Properly carrying out learning competitions in the classroom can promote students' learning motivation to change from a potential state to a positive state.

After I finished teaching poetry units this semester, I divided the whole class into two groups and held a poetry competition. Students named their teams. A fierce competitive atmosphere was immediately formed, and the teacher "fanned the flames" at the right time, making the players on both sides jostle each other. Good poems, sentences and words appeared on the spot, and the teacher gave a thumbs-up to express his praise. The scores of the two teams are almost the same. Five minutes before the class was over, some students stood up and recited their creations without authorization for fear that the teacher would not see their hands. Later, several students stood up and argued together.

Second, make full use of the five minutes before class to accumulate Chinese knowledge. As the saying goes, "art is bold." If you have a rich knowledge of Chinese and a deep foundation, you will be more motivated to learn Chinese. Because learning Chinese doesn't happen overnight, unlike other subjects, listening, speaking, reading and writing are a process of gradual accumulation. Now there are listening questions in the senior high school entrance examination, so I plan to ask students several questions at the same time in class, let them read them twice and write them down. In addition, I make full use of five minutes before class every day, one content per semester. I arranged it like this: telling stories before class in the first semester to improve their interest in learning Chinese; Recite Tang poems before class in the second semester and accumulate good poems; Before the third semester, read an American essay, which can be an article or a paragraph, and tell the reason why you recommend it; In the fourth semester, famous sayings should be proved with one or two examples; Imitate sentences in the fifth semester; In the sixth semester, students set questions around the senior high school entrance examination, and then a student draws questions every day to get the answer. If we persist in this way, students' listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities will be improved to varying degrees. In addition, in class, I try to let students ask questions, think and explore problems by themselves, and cultivate their ability to learn Chinese.

Finally, talk about my writing experience. To tell the truth, when I teach two Chinese classes, the composition of each class is put away in front of me. I often think they are like two mountains, so we dig more mountains every day. Yugong moved mountains, but even the gods were moved. He sent two immortals to move two mountains. But the two mountains in front of us have moved back and forth and will not end until the day of retirement. The most regrettable thing is that the middle and lower class students are even more indifferent to the teacher's tireless "moving mountains" behavior. I worked hard to write a comment on writing, and they often didn't even read it. After receiving the composition book that had just been handed down, they stuffed things into their seats. This comment on writing clearly says that the transition is unnatural, and his next composition is still unnatural.

In order to improve students' correcting ability, since 2000, I have mobilized my God students to move these two mountains together.

At first, some people talked about me, saying that I was lazy, that my students' level was low, and that my writing level would decline. But I know it very well, because the students are very enthusiastic in the process of correcting, and they are more careful than me. After correcting the mistakes, the students paid more attention to the comment on writing written by their classmates than before, and some even had a heated debate on whether a comment on writing was accurate or not. In this case, students' grades will definitely improve.

Everyone has the opportunity to read many students' compositions, so it is easy to find and learn from others' strengths. It is also a good thing to take others' shortcomings as a warning, which gives students an opportunity to communicate and open their minds.

3. Every time you change your composition, each person only approves one article, which is not heavy. Every time you draw lots to change people, the people you approve are fresh and interested. Each student's composition is approved by another student every time, so it is certainly fresh to see different students' comments on themselves. This freshness is conducive to cultivating students' interest in correcting compositions and reading other people's comments.

4. When correcting the composition, students should think from the point of view of the reviser and the role of the teacher, which is conducive to enhancing students' psychological adaptability, psychological balance and role exchange ability and promoting students' psychological maturity.

5. Teachers only look at and read the grading results of some students, and reading many compositions in a short time is beneficial for teachers to think more, maintain a strong interest in reading, and easily stimulate teachers' intellectual potential and creative potential. It can also save a lot of time for marking with a pen, which can be used to study students' psychology and study learning methods to further improve the efficiency of teaching and educating people.

If you look carefully, you can find more benefits of correcting each other's compositions. There is no denying that everything in the world has advantages and disadvantages, and there are gains and losses. Since it is beneficial to revise each other's compositions, there must be disadvantages, especially in the class groups where students' self-education ability is not strong, the disadvantages may be more obvious. If the organization is not well guided, it will be a mess. Because of this, teachers who try out students' peer composition should think carefully, analyze carefully, and guide students to do this work patiently and concretely, so as to promote its advantages and eliminate its disadvantages. The six-year practice of students' mutual evaluation of compositions tells me that the advantages of mutual evaluation outweigh the disadvantages, which is conducive to cultivating students' ability to correct compositions.

I won't take the old road that was overwhelmed by two big mountains again. If there is any change, it is to explore a better, more scientific and more time-saving way to correct compositions.

Teaching Chinese is very tiring, which is the sigh of every Chinese teacher. But as long as we learn to be "lazy" and try our best to be "lazy" reasonably, we can easily teach and master life, classroom and examination room.
