If any personal injury or financial damage to the lessee's personnel is caused as a result, the lessee shall be responsible for compensation for the losses.
3. If the lessee pays the rent overdue, it shall pay liquidated damages in addition to the timely payment.
4. If the lessee violates the contract and transfers the leased house to others without authorization, he shall pay liquidated damages; if the leased house is damaged as a result, he shall also be responsible for compensation.
5. Liquidated damages are calculated at 1% of one month's rent.

If the house is damaged due to force majeure and causes losses to the lessee, both parties will not bear each other's liability.
