I want to write an essay about tourist attractions.
Speaking of travel, everyone must have experienced it! So where have you been when traveling? The following are three famous tourist attractions I will introduce to you.
Mount Wutai, also known as Qingliang Mountain, is located in the northeast of Shanxi Province. It is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in my country. Mount Wutai has a long history of Buddhism and the scale of its temples is second to none in the country. The height of the main peak of Mount Wutai is around 3,000 meters above sea level. The five summits in the main peak area of Mount Wutai are majestic and stand tall against the sky and the earth. In the hinterland surrounded by five terraces, there are many temples, stacked palaces, majestic attics, and confronting pagodas. Mount Wutai, the high mountains are decorated with elegant ancient temples, and the ancient temples are graced with high mountains to add majestic charm...
Dalian, commonly known as the "seaside city", is a "pearl" in the north of the motherland. In the beautiful land of Dalian, everywhere is embraced by green. Looking around, the people seem to be in an oasis. The green areas are like big carpets, and flowers are blooming on the carpets, red, yellow, pink... all kinds of flowers, vying for beauty. The blue ocean and green lawn complement each other, which is really beautiful. The grasses emit waves of fragrance from time to time, which is intoxicating. The breeze blows, and the grasses add infinite vitality to the city.
Dalian is not only beautiful during the day, but even more beautiful at night. When night falls, the street lights, lanterns, and neon lights in the streets and alleys are overflowing with light, making it a sea of lights. Among all kinds of lamps, one called "Gypsophila" is the most magical. It is wrapped around the big tree by the roadside, like a colorful dragon galloping; it is hung on a high-rise building, like a waterfall flowing down, it is so spectacular! Dalian's mountains, water, and people are even more beautiful!
Xitang, also known as Xietang in ancient times, was the junction of Wu and Yue conflicts as early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, so it is also known as Wu Genyue Corner. "Nine miles of bends let go of rows, green willows and red apricots with singing orioles," present the beautiful scenery of Xitang, a water town in the south of the Yangtze River. Xitang has a flat terrain, dense rivers, and a very quiet natural environment. Nine rivers intersect in the town, dividing the town into eight sections, and numerous bridges connect the water town into one. In ancient times, it was called "Nine Dragons Holding Pearls" and "The Wind Comes from All Directions".
Xitang is quite unique among the ancient towns in the country. It is famous for its many bridges, lanes and sheds. Take the residential alleys in Xitang, for example! They are of different depths. Deep in the alleys, winding paths lead to secluded areas. I don’t know how deep they are. But when you reach the end, you will suddenly find a new world...
A long history , created an immortal culture. The fragrance of calligraphy and calligraphy, poetry and inscriptions create a rich and broad cultural atmosphere in Xitang. In the year 427 of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were 19 Jinshi and 31 Jinshi. From a bird's eye view of the town, the mist is like gauze, the white walls on both sides are towering, and the tiled houses are reflected. In the evening, the setting sun is shining, the fishing boats are singing late, the lights are shining, the fragrance of wine is flowing, the whole ancient water town is picturesque...
How about it, after listening to my introduction, do you want to travel? Then go and experience it!
1. Types of essays about buildings. By describing or introducing a building, you can express the wisdom of the working people or show new achievements in modernization. 2. Write some reference questions for buildings. 3. Write a brief introduction to the building. 4. The reference words and phrases for writing about buildings are well-proportioned/different styles/red walls and blue tiles/rising from the ground/small and exquisite/everything/majestic/clean/eye-catching/magnificent/elaborate/ceiling/exquisite/spacious/ Zhang Decorated lights/middle wall/pavilions/antique/bright/tall and majestic/unique shape/glass curtain wall/more spectacular/standing majestically/towering into the clouds/stand out among the flocks/majestic/small bridges and flowing water. (When you write about a building well, you must also write about its surrounding environment, which can serve as a foil.) 2. There are all kinds of fountains, including water columns rising from the ground; and diamond-shaped network water clustered around the water columns. There are cloud-like water balls rising from the curtain, accompanied by sweet and beautiful music. According to the high and low tone of the sound, twenty-four trumpet-shaped water splashes tremble. (Using parallelism to describe things can create a certain momentum, describe it from multiple angles, and give people a deeper impression.) 3. The Wuting Bridge is composed of five pavilions. The five pavilions are connected, and the big pavilion sits in the center. Small pavilions surround it symmetrically.
The square stretches along the river into the distance. The place is lined with green trees and blooming flowers. Attracting many Chinese and foreign tourists. They came here with surprises, tasting Nanjing's special food, feeling the unique cultural atmosphere of the historical city, and admiring the picturesque scenery of the Yangtze River... This has become the best tourist and leisure place in Nanjing.
In the morning light, New Bund woke up to the sound of gurgling river water. There are already many people doing morning exercises in the square. Some of them practiced Tai Chi, some danced, some played ball, and some sang to the Yangtze River and sang heartily... Everyone has a happy smile on their face. The sun gradually rose, and the river surface was sparkling. The dewdrops on the weeping willows and flowers and grass by the river shine like gems under the sunlight. At this time, more and more people were doing morning exercises. They were all in high spirits and energetic, enjoying the fresh air and cool river breeze while exercising.
The most beautiful time in Nanjing’s New Bund is in the evening. When the sun sets in the west, the afterglow of the setting sun spreads all over the river, and the river surface will immediately become colorful. Seeing this beautiful scenery, an eternal chant will definitely ring in your ears: "A setting sun spreads over the water, half of the river is rustling and half of the river is red." People who have worked hard for a day have gathered here to relax their bodies and minds. , strolling on the riverside plank road, listening to the sound of water rushing under your feet, and admiring the beautiful river view under the sunset. The liveliest place in the square. Some fly kites, some skate, some take walks...
There are many benches under the weeping willows on the shore and beside the flower beds, and some people are sitting in twos and threes. They were chirping and chatting. There are some teahouses in the corners of the square, from which a rich fragrance floats from time to time. I accidentally heard an old man say, "Our country has become rich and powerful, and our lives are getting better and better. Nanjing people have faced the Yangtze River for thousands of years, but they have never really been close to the river. Now, our wish has finally come true!"
Night falls, the street lights along the river gradually light up, and the colorful lights on the commercial street also flicker, colorful. These lights were reflected in the river, making the place suddenly magnificent. Not far away, the street lights on the Yangtze River Bridge were also on, like a sky bridge set up by a rainbow. At this time, when you stand in the New Bund, you will wonder whether this is the human world or a fairyland. It was late at night and people gradually left. But some people are still sitting there. I think they may be intoxicated...
The beauty of Nanjing's New Bund makes me deeply moved. I feel proud and fortunate that I can live and study in Nanjing.
The Bund was originally the beach along the river in the north outside Shanghai City. It was commonly known as "Huangpu Beach" in the old days. After the road was built, it was named Huangpu Road. In 1945, it was renamed Zhongshan East 1st Road. After Shanghai was opened to the outside world in 1843, Barfour, the first British consul in Shanghai, took a fancy to the area around the Bund. In 1845, he demarcated 800 acres of land including the Bund based on the so-called "Shanghai Land Regulations" announced by Shanghai Daotai. For the British Concession. In 1849, France also designated 986 acres of land on the south side of the British Concession as the French Concession. However, the towering and varied Architectural Exhibition Group of All Nations standing beside the river was only built at the beginning of the last century, especially in the 1920s and 1930s. From this period, it gradually became a symbol of the largest economic center in the Far East. After a century of vicissitudes, the Bund underwent a large-scale renovation project from 1992 to 1993. The old appearance was renewed and the scenery became more charming. It was named Shanghai's "favorite scenic spot" by Chinese and foreign tourists.
