Installation method of disabled toilet
Toilet is something we use every day, but few people ask how to install it. You may find it difficult, but a professional toilet installer can tell you that the toilet is easy to install. The following small series briefly introduces the installation method.
First, take out the pipe plug of the ground sewer, and after checking that there is no sundries in the pipe, clean up around the pipe orifice. Align the outlet of the toilet bowl with the outlet of the sewer toilet bowl, straighten it, draw a mark on the bolt hole of the toilet bowl, and then remove the toilet bowl.
Secondly, drill a hole with a diameter of 20mm and a depth of 60mm at the mark, insert a bolt with a diameter of 10mm into the hole, screw it firmly with cement, put the toilet eye on the bolt to make it match the mark, and take down the toilet after the test. Apply putty around the water outlet and sewer of the toilet, then align the four bolt holes of the toilet with the bolts, align them evenly, cover the bolts with rubber pads, and screw on the nuts until the tightness is moderate.
Once again, aim at the center of the rear tail of the toilet, draw a vertical line, draw a horizontal line at a height of 800 mm from the ground, draw marks on the horizontal line according to the positions of the two side holes on the back of the water tank, and punch holes in the printed holes with a diameter of 30 mm and a depth of 70 mm. Insert a bolt with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 100 mm into the hole and tighten it with cement. Hang the back water tank on the bolt and align it evenly, especially with the center of the toilet. Put a rubber pad on the bolt and screw on the nut until it is moderately elastic.
Then, when installing the sewer elbow of the rear water tank, firstly, remove the nuts of the sewer outlet of the rear water tank and the water inlet of the toilet, put them back to back on the sewer elbow, and put rubber pads on the sewer pipe respectively. Insert the upper end of the water elbow into the water outlet of the rear water tank and the lower end into the water inlet of the toilet, then push the rubber pad to the water outlet, screw on the nut, straighten the water elbow, and screw it with pliers until it is moderately elastic.
Finally, when connecting the water supply and the splayed gate, measure the distance between the water tank drift gate and the water supply nozzle, match the nipple, install the splayed gate and put it into the water supply nozzle. Cut the copper pipe or plastic pipe, and bend the fork appropriately. Then put the nuts of the floating door and the splayed door back to back on the copper pipe or plastic pipe, wrap the asbestos rope or lead oil hemp thread on both ends of the pipe, insert them into the entrances and exits of the floating door and splayed door respectively, and tighten the nuts.
Of course, disabled people also have special toilets. Many hospitals, nursing homes and so on use toilets for the disabled. Handicapped toilets can easily help disabled people solve their physical problems. As people pay more and more attention to the disabled, it also shows that the civilization of our society is increasing day by day. There is no difference between the installation of disabled toilets and ordinary toilets. Mainly, the handrails in disabled toilets should be durable, firmly installed, able to support a person's weight, and then easy to hold. Pay attention to this when buying a toilet.
