Safety requirements for demolition operations?
Safety requirements for demolition operations are very important. The requirements are formulated to better solve practical problems. The handling of every detail is very critical and needs to be taken seriously. Zhongda Consulting will explain to you the safety requirements for demolition operations.
1 Before the demolition construction, the current status of the demolition object should be investigated in detail, and a demolition plan should be formulated, which should be approved by the chief engineer of the management department (if it is difficult, the chief engineer of the technical department should approve the demolition plan). Only then can work begin. For relatively simple demolition projects, practical safety measures should also be formulated; personnel should be set up to monitor the operation process and safety cordons should be set up, lighting should be good, and warning signals should be installed to prevent non-construction personnel from entering the demolition site. 2. Before demolition construction, the person in charge of the management department should organize technical personnel and work teams to learn measures and safe operating procedures. 3. During the construction of demolition work, the work squad leader should monitor the entire process and stop violations immediately. 4. Before dismantling, the materials, mechanical equipment, wires and cables that may be affected by wires, feng shui pipelines, equipment and other materials that may be affected should be moved, the power supply to the demolition objects should be cut off and the power cords should be removed. 5. When workers are engaged in dismantling work, they should stand on scaffolding or other stable structural parts. Workers should use personal protective equipment correctly. During dismantling operations, workers should not stand on or hang safety protective equipment on the objects to be dismantled. 6. Demolition should be carried out in order from top to bottom. It is forbidden to demolish several floors at the same time. When a certain part is dismantled, reinforcement measures should be taken to prevent other parts from collapsing. The order of disassembly is based on the principle of erection first, then disassembly, and erection last, disassembly first. 7. The removal of protective railings, passages, safety protection facilities, etc. should be coordinated with the overall level of removal and cannot be removed first. Load-bearing pillars and beams cannot be removed until the entire structure they bear is dismantled. 8. The demolished objects shall not be demolished by knocking them down. 9. When demolishing using blasting methods, relevant blasting regulations should be followed. After blasting, if any signs of danger are found in the retained parts, safety measures must be taken before work can begin. 10. During dismantling, multiple people must not gather or stack materials on the racks or platforms to avoid danger. 11. When dismantling work is carried out at a high place, a discharge chute (chute) or bagging (box) should be set up to pull it down so that the scattered waste can flow down the chute. When dismantling larger or overweight materials, they must be hoisted or transported away in time with slings or cranes. It is prohibited to throw them downwards. All dismantled materials must be cleaned up in time and stacked in designated places to keep the site unobstructed. 12. When dismantling the formwork, it must be fastened with ropes. The dismantling operation can only be carried out after the crane is stable. During the lifting process, auxiliary ropes should be used to control the hoisted objects in a normal state. 13. Warning lights should be hung at night, a cordon should be set up below, lighting should be done, and a dedicated person should be responsible for the command, and the command signal should be clear. 14. When there is strong wind, stop work and fix the dismantled objects before stopping. 15. The ancillary movable facilities, pendants and guardrails should be removed first, and then the main part should be dismantled. 16. Steel structure dismantling should be carried out in accordance with the mechanical equipment and hoisting plan selected by the construction organization design. Do not overload the work. 17 Crane drivers performing dismantling and hoisting operations must strictly implement operating procedures. Signal commanders must operate in accordance with regulations and make clear command signals. Crane drivers must not follow the instructions of others except in emergencies. 18 Construction support removal 18.1 When removing shotcrete, it should be carried out from top to bottom and divided into sections. When working at heights, scaffolding and safety nets must be set up, and safety ropes and safety helmets must be worn. 18.2 When using pickaxes to remove sprayed concrete, they should work side by side. The distance between left and right should be no less than 2m. Pickaxes must not be used face to face. 18.3 When the sledgehammer is smashing the shotcrete, no one is allowed to stand or pass around it. When hammering a steel drill, the hammer handler should stand on the side of the drill supporter. The hammer handler should not wear gloves, and the end of the hammer handle should have anti-slip measures. 18.4 When pneumatic tools are used to remove shotcrete, the following regulations should be followed: 18.4.1 All pipe joints must be tightened and airtight. The rubber pipe must not be twisted or knotted, and the air duct must not be bent to cut off the air, nor can the air duct be placed under the crotch; 18.4.2 When the air duct passes through the aisle, it must be elevated to prevent vehicles from running over it; 18.4. 3. After the air duct is connected to the air bag, try to supply air and check whether there is any debris blocking the air duct.
When supplying air, the valve should be opened slowly and not opened suddenly; 18.4.4 The air compressor operator should work closely with the air compressor driver to supply air or hold the air in a timely manner; 18.4.5 After the drill bit is inserted into the pneumatic tool, no empty blowing is allowed. 18.5 During operation, there should be a dedicated person under unified command, and no one should be allowed within the operating range. 18.6 The dismantling work platform should be covered with scaffolding boards and measures should be taken to prevent fragments from falling from the gaps. 18.7 The racks for dismantling operations should be strong and undergo special design and acceptance. During the process, each shift will be inspected by the squad leader. Large stones should also be inspected after vibration, and hidden dangers can be eliminated before use. 18.8 No personnel should be concentrated in the demolition operation. One person is working and the other is nearby to monitor the deformation of the surrounding rock and evacuate in time in case of abnormality. 18.9 The platform for dismantling operations should use flexible bamboo springboards, which are paved vertically and horizontally on the second floor and above. Large cracked blocks should be placed under the blocks to absorb vibrations from car tires. 18.10 When dismantling large unstable blocks, first use active protective nets to protect them. The protective nets should be firmly fixed to the surrounding and anchor rods in the protection area, and then proceed. Measures should be taken to divide large blocks into small pieces and gradually dismantle them. 19. When dismantling, the top-to-bottom operating procedure should be strictly followed. Vertical cross-cutting operations are not allowed. Cleaning should be done step by step. No objects should be left above the demolition. 20 For dangerous structures or equipment, temporary reinforcement measures such as pillars, supports, and ropes must be used. When cutting steel structures with gas welding, operators should choose a safe position, and the cut objects must be tied with ropes and hooks. . 21 The racks for dismantling operations should be well protected against edges and cavities. After acceptance, the acceptance will be organized by the production management department, with the participation of personnel from the safety, quality, and technical departments, and it will be used after acceptance. 22 Before the operation, the squad leader will organize a pre-shift meeting for the participants. All personnel will feel good, understand their work tasks, and be aware of safety hazards. After eliminating hidden dangers in a timely manner, they can work under supervision.
