A 400-word essay on astronomy knowledge
This morning, I was particularly excited because I was lucky enough to witness the rare total solar eclipse that occurs once in a century. No, my parents and I came to Putuo Mountain with great interest, taking the observation mirrors we had prepared.
Ah! The place is packed with people and very lively. People are beaming and looking up to the sky. Look! Look! The total solar eclipse has begun! The crowd cheered and the surrounding area suddenly became excited. I couldn't wait to put on the observation glasses and saw the disk-like sun, as if a large piece of it had been bitten off by a tengu. Gradually, the sun slowly resembles a boat, a knife, an eyebrow, and a thin hook. ah! The most exciting scene arrived. At the moment when the sun was about to be covered, the sky showed a dazzling light. "Ah, it's Bailey's beads!" I shouted excitedly. It looked like my mother's diamond ring. Bailey's beads were really beautiful. So beautiful! But it only lasts for a brief moment, fleeting, leaving people nostalgic for moving forward! Then, the sun disappeared completely, and the earth suddenly darkened, and it was pitch black. On the road, the high-rise buildings lit up their lights in unison, as if it was night again. About five minutes later, another wonderful scene appeared, "Pele's Beads" and "Diamond Rings", allowing me to once again appreciate the most beautiful and spectacular moments of nature. I was so excited that I jumped three feet high, and my whole body was about to jump. I was intoxicated and calm for a long time... Later, the moon reluctantly left. The sun showed its bright smile again, and the earth slowly returned to its original light.
Astronomy is so interesting! I want to be an astronomer in the future.
