How to infiltrate moral education (internal resources) into English teaching in primary schools
First, make full use of moral education factors in textbooks to carry out moral education.
The current English textbooks for primary schools contain knowledge of the culture, history, geography, science and technology, politics, cultural etiquette, customs and habits of the country where the language is being learned. In particular, it includes more than 30 language functions such as expressing thinking activities (consent, help and invitation), emotional attitudes (like, gratitude, sympathy and desire), moral attitudes (sorry, forgiveness, gratitude, approval and concern) and social culture (introduction, greeting, farewell, dining, seeing a doctor and celebrating), which is rich in content and provides rich moral education materials for the classroom. In many years of primary school English teaching, I am good at finding the breakthrough point and combination point of moral education and infiltrating naturally, such as teaching "Good morning! "Thank you!" "Hello" and "sorry" are the first polite expressions that students come into contact with when learning English. I can make full use of students' interest in learning English for the first time, create a real language situation, and lose no time to educate students on politeness. For example, when learning the sentence pattern "When will it be natural for you ...", students are required to talk about their daily life and work and rest time with new sentence patterns. By actively participating in classroom teaching activities, students are guided to know what is a reasonable arrangement of time, so as to know how to cherish time. Through this kind of teaching, not only knowledge is imparted, but also students' communicative competence is improved, and the teaching effect of integrating education and teaching is achieved.
Secondly, moral education is infiltrated by organizing simulated situational learning activities.
In my teaching activities, by organizing some simulated situational activities, with students' learning as the purpose and learning interest as the main line, I design language communication scenes, teaching games and practice forms that can arouse students' interest, and infiltrate moral education into students in every teaching link. For example, teaching "What do you want?" And "would you like to? "Functional structure, I designed the scene when eating in a fast food restaurant and having guests at home; Learn "What's the weather like?" , designed the weather forecast meeting scene; Learn "How much is it?" At that time, a small shop scene was arranged. Learn "What's wrong with you?" , designed the patient to see a doctor in the hospital. Through the study of these simulated scenarios, students learn to cooperate and communicate with others, cultivate students' ideological and moral standards and behavior norms such as caring for others, mutual help and friendship, and being polite, and stimulate students' interest and creativity, thus forming the climax of classroom teaching. Through this series of teaching activities, moral education is integrated into it.
Thirdly, cultivate students' good moral quality by emotional education.
Strengthening the initiative of English teaching in primary schools is an effective way to cultivate students' interest in learning English. In the process of teaching, I always put the cultivation of students' will quality in the first place and infiltrated into English teaching. Through games, singing, competitions, performances and other teaching forms, students' cognitive activities and emotional experiences are skillfully combined, which is also an excellent opportunity to educate students on moral quality. For example, in teaching, I often use games in pairs and groups, which not only satisfies the competitive psychology of primary school students, but also reviews and consolidates the language materials I have learned, and at the same time cultivates the collectivism spirit of unity, cooperation and mutual concern among students. However, learning itself is hard work, especially the memory of English words, which is often the biggest obstacle for students to learn English. In teaching, I guide students to set up correct learning goals, build up confidence in constantly overcoming difficulties, and set up various teaching activities as much as possible to help students master effective methods of memorizing words. Make it sprout ability, perseverance and motivation in overcoming difficulties.
Fourth, influence students through teachers' own good moral cultivation.
Teachers' world outlook, feelings, conduct and teaching attitude will exert a subtle influence on students. Teachers should have professionalism, love education and students, and use their love to arouse and cultivate students' love for learning, thus extending to love for life. In fact, English classroom teaching is not only the study and practice of language knowledge, but also a warm emotional exchange, the development of wisdom potential and the early cultivation of social communication ability, and an activity for teachers and students to jointly create spiritual life. Therefore, in teaching, teachers should respect students' personality, establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship of equality and mutual respect, let students study in a relaxed, harmonious and pleasant atmosphere, cultivate students' moral character and improve students' personality. In teaching, teachers should pay special attention to students with learning difficulties, give them more love and encouragement, and let them develop step by step in the bath of love like other students.
Moral education in subject teaching focuses on infiltration. In the future teaching, we should strive to tap the rich moral education resources in English textbooks, and consciously cultivate a generation of new people with noble personality, beautiful mind and rich knowledge through rich teaching activities and in accordance with the rules of English teaching.
