Keep wet
Most nosebleeds are caused by dry weather. Keeping indoor humidity, drinking more water and eating more fruits can effectively prevent nosebleeds.
Nasal trauma
Nose trauma is one of the common causes of epistaxis. Avoid strenuous exercise, pay attention to safety and avoid nose bump.
Timely medical treatment
If there is a nosebleed, take timely measures, such as gently blowing your nose with a paper towel or applying an ice pack to your nose. If the situation is serious, seek medical attention in time.
