1. Steel companies shall implement the orange warning measures in the "Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Emission Reduction List".
2. Coking enterprises. A-level enterprises reduce emissions independently, B-level enterprises implement a 37-hour coke extraction time, and C- and D-level enterprises implement a 48-hour coke extraction time; wet coke quenching operations are prohibited.
3. Cement clinker enterprise. Jidong Qixin, Jidong Sanyou, Jidong Luanzhou, Jidong Tangshan Branch, and Hongtai Cement independently reduce emissions; Feilong Cement, Yandong Cement, Yannan Cement, Shuguang Qiangxing Cement, Shenglong Cement, and Hongye Cement Rotary The kiln implements production control. Among them, Yaodong Cement and Panshi Cement, which involve co-processing of sludge, maintain minimum load production.
4. Enterprises whose performance evaluations are A-level and leading enterprises in industries such as foundry, cement grinding station, cement products, slag powder, refractory materials, independent lime kilns, ceramics, and shale bricks reduce emissions independently, B-level and below and non-leading enterprises implement production control.
5. Independent steel rolling. Implement production control.
6. Waste incineration to generate electricity. Except for Fengnan District Jiecheng Energy, which produces according to the minimum load, the other enterprises implement production regulation.
7. Dust removal ash comprehensive utilization enterprise. Implement production control.
8. Enterprises in other industries must strictly follow the "Orange Warning Emission Reduction" measures in the "Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Emission Reduction List".
If the various regulations and requirements regarding orange warning measures for industrial enterprises are inconsistent with the orange warning emission reduction measures, the orange warning measures shall prevail.

12. Glass: Qian'an Runan Building Materials, Hangu Lanxin Glass, Qianxi Jinxin Solar Energy: glass furnaces reduce production load by 20% or the concentration of various pollutants is further reduced based on current online monitoring data 20%.
13. Gas boiler. According to the principle of stopping when possible, if it cannot be stopped, the load will be reduced from 18:00 to 8:00 the next day, and the combustion temperature will be reduced to below 800°C. Before 20:00 on the 27th, each county will submit the list of supervisory personnel, the list of out-of-service boilers and night-time load reduction boilers in this round of strengthened control, stamped with the official seal, and reported to the Municipal Atmospheric Affairs Office; report each boiler to the Municipal Atmospheric Affairs Office before 10:00 every day Gas usage must be reported with the signature of the director of the command center.
