Chongzuo is located in the southwest of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

Chongzuo is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China, located in the southwest of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The city borders Nanning, the capital of the autonomous region, in the east, Fangchenggang in the southeast, Baise in the north and Vietnam in the west and south. Chongzuo is located along the Zuojiang River in the hilly area of southwest Guangxi, with high terrain in the west and low terrain in the east, with Daqing Mountain in the west, Gongmu Mountain and 100,000 mountains in the south. Zuojiang River crosses the city boundary, flows through the urban area, and joins Youjiang River eastward to form Yongjiang River. The proportion of Zhuang population in the city is over 80%, and the number of Xincheng Road 1 in Jiangzhou District, where the Municipal People's Government is located.
