After the bottle washing water and boiler condensate water recovery system in packaging workshop was completed, the bottle washing and brewing production water was recovered and reused, and the water was successfully recycled and reused for many times, and the reuse rate of water reached more than 80%. Up to now, the company has saved more than 200,000 tons of water.
Distiller's grains, the solid waste of brewing enterprises, is the focus of the industry. In the past, Gubeichun Co., Ltd. sold a small part of distiller's grains to farmers to raise pigs, and most of them were thrown away. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of distiller's grains waste, the company set up a "harmless, scientific and efficient" research group at the beginning of the year. After painstaking research, the distiller's grains are finally used as boiler fuel after drying, and the steam generated by boiler combustion is used for main business brewing, which successfully turns waste into treasure, improves the added value of distiller's grains, realizes the recycling of distiller's grains, and can increase the benefits for enterprises by more than 3 million yuan every year.
