Use of household water separator

The use methods of household water separator include operating with hot water first, operating with hot water first, cleaning the filter screen when the outlet pipe is not hot, and discharging all the water after heating.

1, first hot water.

During the first operation, hot water should be gradually injected to start the first geothermal energy. When introducing hot water, you should first open the valve of the main water supply loop of the water separator, gradually increase the temperature of hot water, and inject it into the pipeline for circulation. Check whether there is any abnormality in the water separator interface, and gradually open the valves of each branch of the water separator. If there is water leakage in the water separator and pipeline, close the main water supply valve in time and contact the developer or geothermal company in time.

2. Exhaust for the first time.

During the initial operation of geothermal energy, due to the pressure in the pipeline and the resistance of water, air blockage is easy to occur, resulting in non-circulation of supply and return water and uneven temperature, so exhaust should be carried out one by one. As shown in the following figure, the method is as follows: close the main reflux valve of heating and adjust each circuit. First open a regulating valve on the water separator, then open the exhaust valve on the return rod of the water separator to drain and exhaust, then close this valve and open the next valve at the same time.

3. Clean the filter when the outlet pipe is not hot.

There is a filter in front of each oil-water separator. When there are too many magazines in the water, clean the filter screen in time. When there are too many magazines in the filter, the outlet pipe is not hot and the geothermal water is not hot. Usually, the filter should be cleaned once a year. The method is: close all valves on the water separator, open the filter end cover counterclockwise with a wrench, take out the filter for cleaning, and put it back in its original place as it is after cleaning. Open the valve and the geothermal system can work normally.

4. Release all the water after heating.

After the annual heating period, all the filtered water in the geothermal pipe network should be discharged. Because the boiler pipeline water contains many fine particles such as coal slime, magazines, rust slag and so on. The water quality is turbid, and the inner diameter of the geothermal pipe network is very thin. The precipitation of calcium, magnesium, salt and other substances contained in the water will generate hard scale and hang on the inner wall of the geothermal pipe network, which is seriously bent, even if it is washed away by the pressurized water flow, this is also the reason for cleaning.

Cleaning of oil-water separator filter:

(1) Close the inlet valve and the return valve, then insert the pipe used for drainage into the outlet exhaust valve, open the outlet exhaust valve, and release the pressure in the floor heating pipeline.

(2) Open the nut of the filter screen with a wrench, take out the filter screen, rinse it with tap water, and brush it with a waste toothbrush.

(3) Check whether the mesh of the filter is blocked, clean it and reinstall it on the filter.
