What is sukiyaki?
Sukiyaki, also known as hoe, is a Japanese dish.
Its main ingredients are beef slices, onions, spring chrysanthemum and Chinese cabbage, and the name of Shao comes from this dish that is roasted on the fire. Moreover, in different regions, the practices and procedures of sukiyaki will be different.
In 765 AD, Emperor Tianwu banned people from eating animal meat, so people used chicken to make "sukiyaki", and later in the Meiji era, beef was used to make sukiyaki.
