What's the experience of working in a company where only one person works?

It may be two extreme experiences.

Either entrepreneurs work wholeheartedly, pay their own ability and energy, work hard for success, don't go back to care about time, and don't consider whether to take a vacation. Think of the company as home, eat and sleep here and become a workaholic.
