Engine power can't keep up with the fixed throttle.
2. Improper installation and adjustment of the accelerator pedal and connecting rod: Due to improper installation and adjustment of the accelerator connecting rod, the load control lever of the governor cannot be pushed to the full load position, which affects the engine power.
3. Pull the lever part of the fuel injection pump to the fuel cut-off position: when the engine is turned off, the fuel supply toothed bar of the fuel injection pump can be pulled to the fuel cut-off position to realize the flameout. If the "fuel stop" lever is not pushed back to the full release position after flameout, but stops at the partial fuel stop position, then the fuel supply toothed bar of the fuel injection pump is limited to the partial fuel supply position, so that the engine cannot supply fuel at full load, resulting in the phenomenon of insufficient power.
4. The blockage of the fuel system increases the fuel supply resistance and reduces the fuel supply pressure: this kind of fault often occurs in cars that have not been maintained for a long time. It is often shown that the fuel filter is blocked and the oil resistance increases, which makes the fuel injection pump lack of oil supply. Clean and replace the filter regularly according to the instructions. Unclean oil tank and partial blockage of oil suction pipeline are also common reasons for power shortage.
5. Air leakage in the oil supply system: This kind of fault often occurs after maintenance. It is the joint between the main fuel pipe and the fuel filter sealing ring that is not sealed, which causes the fuel system to suck a lot of air, resulting in insufficient oil supply. At this time, it is necessary to find out the leaking parts one by one.
