If DEH control system is used and high-pressure fire-resistant oil is used to drive the oil motor, the following methods can be used to check the refusing regulating valve: 1, remove the regulating valve wiring, start the fire-resistant oil pump, use the storage battery, short the two-stage wiring to the power connection point of the servo valve, forcibly open the servo valve, and observe the action of the oil motor. In this case, the oil motor can still move and stop after the power failure, indicating that there is no abnormality in the mechanical part of the oil motor. Check whether the wiring of the control system and the servo valve are abnormal. 2. If the oil motor does not move in the above way, there is something wrong with the mechanical part. At this time, the following steps can be taken for inspection: 1) Check whether there is any abnormality in the oil supply part of the servo valve to the oil motor, such as filter screen and oil port. 2) Check the appearance of the valve stem of the oil motor for any abnormality, such as bending. 3) Check whether the piston seal of the oil motor is damaged. 4) Check whether the valve stem seal of the oil motor is damaged or blocked. 5) Check whether the valve stem is rusted and blocked.
