Battleship model

The word "battleship" comes from the battleship, which was a large warship mainly arranged in battle formation from the mid-7 th century to the mid-9 th century. With the development of steam engines, blasting bombs and armored ships, steam armored ships called armored ships appeared in the late19th century, which was the predecessor of later battleships and armored cruisers.

1906 HMS intrepid entered the service, marking the revolution of the battleship "loaded with heavy artillery". Later, all battleships designed according to this concept were called dreadnoughts. In contrast, the former battleship was called the former dreadnought. Soon, a warship more powerful than the intrepid appeared, called the Super Intrepid.
