I am a Shanghai boy. This time I want to go to Shanghai and visit Zhoucheng City with a few friends (probably 4). Please give me some advice.
First of all, I recommend Qiandao Lake
Qiandao Lake is one of the most famous scenic spots in Zhejiang Province. It is located in Chun'an County, Zhejiang Province. It was the first self-designed lake built in 1959 in my country. , a large-scale hydropower station with self-made equipment - an artificial lake formed by damming the Xinanjiang Hydropower Station to store water. It is one of the first 44 national-level scenic spots announced by the State Council, and is currently the largest national forest park in the country. .
This reservoir was built in the 1950s. The reservoir dam is 105 meters high and 462 meters long. The reservoir is about 150 kilometers long and more than 10 kilometers wide at its widest point. Under normal water levels, the area is about 580 square kilometers. , 104 times larger than Hangzhou West Lake, with a water storage capacity of up to 17.8 billion cubic meters. This large reservoir is not only majestic, but also has spectacular and beautiful scenery. The reservoir is dotted with islands, with 398 common islands and hundreds of small islands that float and sink with the rise and fall of the reservoir water, so it is called "Thousand Island Lake". Qiandao Lake Scenic Area has beautiful mountains and clear waters, clear and green rivers, and many scenic spots and historic sites scattered among the mountains and rivers. Meng Haoran, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem praising Xin'an River: "The lake passes through Dongting and is vast, and the river flows into Xin'an and is clear."

Overview: Qiandao Lake has beautiful scenery, beautiful natural scenery and good ecological environment, which makes Qiandao Lake show broad development prospects. The formation of the "Hangzhou-Qiandao Lake-Huangshan" national-level golden tourist route has made it a hot spot for world tourism.
Qiandao Lake is a vast expanse of green land, dotted with islands; the big islands are like mountains, and the small islands are like boats, all of them green, like pieces of jasper half-immersed in the lake. It is also a national first-level water resources protection zone, and the water quality meets the national drinking water standards. It is said that Qiandao Lake gathers many mountain springs. The famous "Nongfu Spring" natural mineral water is taken from a depth of 70 meters in Qiandao Lake.
All the islands here are not big, but each of them has beautiful scenery. The island is lush and green, dotted with red and yellow mountain flowers. Green pines, sycamores, metasequoias, moso bamboos, palms, and plantains complement each other. You can see "fish swimming under the trees in the pond, and monkeys hanging among the vines on the island"; or along the winding path of the bamboo forest, you can see peacocks strolling in groups on the hillside, or groups of three or five perching on the tall trees. Everywhere is full of natural interest. . There are flocks of birds on some islands, singing and dancing all day long, so they are called bird islands. In the dense island area in the center of the lake, there are nine islands that have been developed for tourism, including Meifeng Island, Ostrich Island, Monkey Island, Santan Island, Peacock Island, Shenlong Island, Longshan Island, Wulong Island, and Wenxin Island.
Going down from Qiandao Lake, the scenic spots along the river include Meicheng Twin Towers, Qililong, Yanziling Diaoyutai, Yaolin Wonderland, Stork Mountain, etc.
Due to the numerous islands in the lake and the criss-crossed harbor branches, tourists can take yachts to travel through different channels. It is a unique experience to zigzag on the lake with vast blue waves and dotted islands.

There is a Sumeru throne in the middle of the main hall, with a seated image of Tathagata Buddha on it, and Ananda and Kassapa standing on the left and right. Along the walls on both sides sit eighteen gilt-iron Arhats with different expressions. They were cast during the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty. There are bells and drums on the left and right. The bells are imitations of Tang-style bronze nipple bells. They were sent by the Japanese for worship in the 32nd year of Guangxu's reign.
The Sutra Collection Building is at the back of the hall, with three rooms in width and two floors. It is built on a hard mountain. The lower floor is connected to a Zen room with a single slope roof on the left and right sides, and extends forward to form a rolling shed on the top of the mountain, which looks like two wings. Downstairs, Ehan Shi Hall houses the statues of Han Shan and Shi De. The fan wall is inlaid with a stele of the Thousand-Hand Avalokitesvara, which dates back to the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. There are 38 stone inscriptions on the left and right walls of the Vajra Prajnaparamita Sutra, written by Zhang Jizhi in the Southern Song Dynasty in 1246, and later inscribed and postscripted by 11 people including Dong Qichang, Lin Zexu, and Yu Yue.
In the temple, there are stone carvings of poems "Night Mooring at Maple Bridge" written by Zhang Ji of Tang Dynasty written by Yu Yue, as well as stone carvings of poems and questions written by celebrities from past dynasties such as Tang Yin, Wen Zhengming, Kang Youwei, Luo Pin, etc.

Tiger Hill is the iconic landscape of Suzhou City and is known as "the first scenic spot in Wuzhong".
Suzhou was the capital of Wu State in the Spring and Autumn Period. King Helu of Wu was buried in Huqiu after his death. When Bai Juyi, the great poet of the Tang Dynasty, was the governor of Suzhou, he dug mountains to divert water and built a seven-mile embankment to make the scenery of Tiger Hill more beautiful. Su Shi, a poet of the Song Dynasty, once said: "It would be a pity not to visit Tiger Hill in Suzhou." When the ancients evaluated the characteristics of Tiger Hill, they once put forward the theory of "Nine Benefits", saying that Tiger Hill is suitable for the moon, snow and rain. , suitable for smoke, suitable for spring dawn, suitable for summer, suitable for cool autumn, suitable for falling trees, and suitable for sunset.
The main landscapes in the current garden include: the world-famous leaning tower - Tiger Hill Tower, "the third spring in the world", Broken Liang Hall, Hanhan Spring, Sword Testing Stone, Sword Pond, Yongcui Villa, Wanjing Villa, etc.

8. Typical Suzhou Bridge in Jiangnan
Flowing water cruise: 50-68 yuan/person.
Suzhou people say that Panmen has three sceneries: Panmen, Wumen Bridge and Ruiguang Tower. The Wumen Bridge located at Panmenkou is the tallest single-hole stone bridge in Suzhou. It looks a bit like the Yudai Bridge (commonly known as the Luoguo Bridge) in the Summer Palace in Beijing. The bridge is high and bulging, like a rainbow rising over the river after the rain. Because the river under the bridge connects to the water gate, it is an important waterway for water transportation and provides unobstructed passage for passing ships, so the bridge hole is quite high and wide. The stone bridge was built in the seventh year of Yuanfeng (1084) in the Northern Song Dynasty and was first named Xinqiao. It was destroyed by war in the late Northern Song Dynasty. It was rebuilt in the Southern Song Dynasty and renamed Wumen Bridge. The current bridge was rebuilt during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty. It is simple and elegant, retaining the style of that year.
