Solution: ① Warm the yang, strengthen the spleen and tonify the kidney, and eat more food such as millet, coix seed, euryale seed, poria cocos, yam, lotus seeds, longan and chestnuts every day. ② Soak your feet 3-4 times a week as much as possible, and add appropriate amount of dried ginger, wormwood leaves or Wendan decoction to dispel dampness and cold. The suitable temperature is 45℃, and the time for soaking feet is when the body sweats slightly. Try to eat less cold foods such as ice cream and chilled watermelon, and increase the burden on the spleen and stomach. In terms of aftercare, you can drink a cup of ginger jujube tea every week before the dog days to warm the spleen and stomach and generate yang.

Level 5 | Cold and dampness accumulate all over the body
