Method for frying twisted dough twists
1. Prepare all ingredients, as shown in the following figure:

6. Rub the noodles first, and then fold them in half, as shown in the figure below:
7. Squeeze one end with one hand and turn the other end around the index finger in one direction, so that all the noodles are rubbed, as shown in the following figure:
8. Start the oil pan. When the oil is hot to 20%, the twist can be put into the pot, as shown in the following figure:
9. Fry until golden and crisp, take out the oil and serve, as shown below:
