Chengdu’s last-number motor vehicle restriction measures are restored as follows:

1. “Last-number restriction” time: 7:30 to 20:00 on working days.

2. Scope of "traffic restriction with last number": all roads within the Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202) (excluding).

3. "Last number restricted" vehicles: all "Sichuan A", "Sichuan G" and foreign small and micro passenger vehicles.

4. "Late number restriction" rules:

(1) The above-mentioned restricted vehicles are divided into five groups according to the last Arabic numeral of the motor vehicle license plate (including temporary license plate). Traffic is prohibited within a set of the above-mentioned restricted hours and restricted areas every working day. The tail number combinations and corresponding rules are: Monday is "1" and "6"; Tuesday is "2" and "7"; Wednesday is "3" and "8"; Thursday is "4" and "9"; Friday is "5" and "0".

(2) If Saturdays and Sundays are changed to working days due to legal holidays, the "last number restriction" will not be implemented on that day.

5. The following vehicles are not subject to the "last number restriction" measure:

(1) Passenger vehicles with new energy vehicle license plates;

(2) Disabled cars driven by persons with C5 driving licenses;

(3) Military vehicles, police cars, fire rescue vehicles, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and cruising taxis;

(4) Vehicles with embassy or consulate license plates and foreign vehicles that have been approved for temporary entry;

(5) Other vehicles that are not subject to travel route and direction restrictions as stipulated by laws and regulations.

6. Anyone who violates traffic restrictions will be punished by the traffic management department of the public security organ in accordance with the law.
