Recommend some good books. Psychology, literature, philosophy and science are all acceptable.
1. Psychology: The Interpretation of Dreams-a classic psychological work, some basic principles of which are still practical today; I suggest you look at the annotated version of the Book of Changes, which is not only a fortune-telling book, but also about social psychology. Psychological tips, introductory books for learning psychology, with a wide range of knowledge, including various schools of psychology;
2. Literature: This is too broad. If you are interested in the past history and humanistic care, I suggest you look at Yu Hua's Alive and Brothers, as well as Han Han's Flying Like a Teenager and Turkey's Istanbul. If you are in love, I suggest you read Love of Hawthorn Tree and Fantasy City, as well as two books recommended by Japanese writer Natsume Sosuke. Animal farm, a great political fable.
3. Philosophy: Sophie's world, a little explanation of the world.
4. Science: Hawking's A Brief History of Everything is absolutely refreshing and won't make people feel bored.
The above is just my personal recommendation, I hope it will be useful to you!
