I grew up in Thailand. As far as I know, it never rains for more than 10 minutes in Thailand. The weather is over 32 degrees all year round. If you are afraid of being exposed to the sun, bring some long sleeves and wear them if you want to have fun. Short sleeves. One thing to note is that you are not allowed to wear sleeveless clothes, navel-revealing clothes, or pants shorter than three-quarter length when going to the Grand Palace in Thailand.
